Le télémark se trouve à la base de l'ascenseur 4 pour un accès pratique skis aux pieds. Découvrez le meilleur de Mountain Village à Telemark dans cette belle maison de ville individuelle avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne.

L'entrée par le rez-de-chaussée vous présente le local à skis, la buanderie et deux des chambres avec vue sur la montagne / accès à la terrasse et au paysage magnifique. Une des chambres a un lit queen, les deux autres lits jumeaux.

A l'étage se trouve le salon, la cuisine, la salle à manger et la chambre principale. La table à manger peut accueillir six personnes, la barre du petit-déjeuner peut accueillir quatre personnes. Le deuxième étage s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse pour profiter de plus de votre environnement vierge avec vue sur les pistes de ski. Divertissez-vous et installez-vous près de la cheminée.

La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit king.

Jusqu'à l'escalier en colimaçon est un grand loft meublé avec deux lits jumeaux supplémentaires, pouvant accueillir un total de 8. Au bas de l'escalier en colimaçon, il y a une 4e salle de bain complète.

Veuillez noter que les escaliers en colimaçon dans l'unité peuvent être difficiles pour les nourrissons ou les tout-petits. Nous fournissons une barrière pour bébé.

Amazing Ski Location

Our family absolutely enjoyed staying at this property for our Spring Break ski trip. Truly ski in, ski out and so close to all the restaurants and shops in Mountain Village. The house was very clean, decorated nicely and well stocked. We enjoyed the views of the mountain and the ease of the location. It was nice to have a parking spot as well.

Prime Location

Our families had a wonderful time staying at Telemark. It was a prime location allowing us to ski on and off for all abilities. It easily slept 8 (4 adults and 4 kids) and felt like we had plenty of room to spare. Property management was great with all communication and quickly answered any and all questions that I had.

Group ski trip

Three families, total of seven people. Enough room for everybody. Kitchen was extremely well stocked.Dining table, big enough for everybody in the party.Great ski in and ski out location. Great views of the mountain out the windows. Able to watch ski patrol doing synchronized skiing down the race hill each morning. Con-Just one parking space provided on site-If you have second vehicle, be prepared to pay 40 a day For parking that could be 200 yards away or quarter mile away. Not sure if we would’ve done anything different knowing this ahead of time as with seven people one wasn’t going to handle all luggage.

Telemark Townhouse

Our family of 5 booked a last minute vacation and happen to get lucky and stumble upon availability here. The location is perfect - a 5 minute walk to the gondola for time in town and minutes to Mountain Village shops and restaurants. The layout of place is perfect - two bedrooms down, master main level and beds in loft on 3rd floor. Personally I think the unit could use some amenity and decor upgrades but other than that, it was an ideal location for a summer week on the mountain! Gran, our property manager, was great to work with as well!

What a gem! Amazing location and value

My family of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids from 2-15 years old) stayed at this property over Thanksgiving holidays and had an AMAZING time - I would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. You probably cannot get a better location and value in Mountain Village - unobstructed view of the mountains right at the base of one of the main ski runs (you can ski in/out from the front door), walking distance to the heart of Mountain Village (called Heritage Plaza) with the gondolas and ski lift, and a spacious and cozy place to call home during your stay with all the amenities. In addition, the rental/property managers from Telluride Luxury Rentals were always accessible, pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for offering this house for my family to enjoy and make ever-lasting memories!

Great location right on slopes. Very close to main village

Very nice town home right on main slopes. Walk out the door and you are on the slopes ready to ski. Amenities are good and quality of house is excellent. We did have issues with the WiFi not working first day and then not working periodically throughout our stay that was annoying but not a deal breaker. Looks like they need to install new router. For their equipment. Mountain village is great place to ski. They didn’t have much snow during our stay but they did and excellent job of making snow to keep the runs open.

Village mistakenly disconnected the internet originally, but we are also purchasing a new router for the unit to ensure that there aren't any issues in the future. Great ski-in/ski-out

We always stay by Lift 4 when skiing in Telluride. This was a great condo. I would stay here again. Pros: Some of the easiest ski access with a huge ski locker/room. Amazing customer service. There were only 4 coffee cups when I arrived. I called and the agent went to town and brought me 4 more within 2 hours. Very responsive. Heating works very well. I was never cold. Lots of nice windows. Cons..none really but....hot tub would be a nice addition:) Really great place with great management and I would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location steps from the ski run. That said, property left much to be desired. Beautiful decks on 1st and second floor, not a single chair left out to sit in. Outdoor fireplace would have been a nice touch, especially since the one inside doesn’t appear to function. Hug mud room to undress and hang ski equipment and clothes is great. Unfortunate that the room once housed a hot tub, now gone. Linens, blankets, curtains all dated and dusty. Cobwebs in the harder to reach places high on the wall. Kitchen had lots of stuff, looks like 10 years worth of accumulation, but not a single baking sheet. No garbage bags left in the property but garbage was left behind. Spiral staircase works for able bodied renters, but if you have difficult climbing or have an injury you are out of luck. Bottom line- property itself does not live up to the surrounding community and mountain. So unfortunate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is outstanding, ski in/out. The mud room is well planned to heat ski boots. During our stay the queen bedroom and bathroom did not have a heat, this was fixed, but not as fast as we would have expected as we had met the the previous occupants who informed us of the problem and that they had communicated this to the property manger. In addition they let us know that the dish washer did not work. The dish washer was swapped out, but not bolted in. This was taken care of after we complained about the whole unit tipping forward. The next day the dishwasher was replaced, but it took all day and we could not use the kitchen for a planned dinner. The management company had little sympathy. The toilets are tricky to flush. The kitchen is tight and it is difficult to cook in teams. The ample used spices are a plus. The living room sofa is a small only works for 4 guests to be comfortably. Overall, great location and in decent condition. The bedroom desperately need hooks or knobs for ski clothing. In the end, I think the unit rent is overpriced and the photos make it look newer than reality .

Location, location, location!!!!!! Views for miles!

This was a trip we planned after driving to Durango, CO during the pandemic. We had heard amazing things about Telluride and we knew somehow we needed to escape the Arizona heat in the summer. The weather did not disappoint. The house is located on the corner of a set of units that do not overlook each other. The porch faces the uphill slope of a ski run. We could see the gondola from our room and porch. The photos were mostly accurate, but we found that all three levels are connected via narrow spiral staircases, not just the one to the loft, which my kids loved sleeping in under the stars! Minor maintenance issues were handled swiftly. We were surprised to find more than enough soaps, shampoos, conditioners and towels. We did have to get more toilet paper for our group of 5, but the Village Market is a full service grocery store only a few moments drive or ride on local gondola. The spiral stairs come up from a wonderful mud room/porch area to take off muddy or snowy clothes and store them, the door shuts to close it off at night. The two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs along with all other bathrooms had hot water on demand. The main room bedroom is the king room with large bathroom. Living room, kitchen and dining area along with door to 2nd level porch are wonderful. Up one more set of spiral stairs in the loft perfect for kids! The commercial laundry area on ground floor had some detergent to use, we brought our own as we weren't certain. The kitchen had plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses and full size appliances can store groceries and leftovers from the amazing restaurants all around. Thank you for loaning us your home for the week. It was a lovely respite from the heat of AZ.

Perfect Location

The location was prefect! We had a mix of both skiers and non-skiers. You could walk right outside and be on the slopes but was also an easy walk to the village. The check in process was very easy and communication with the property manager was great. There was an issue with the internet and cable at the beginning of our stay (seems to be common throughout the area) but the manager was quick to come up with a solution to the issue. Overall a great stay and would definitely be back.

Perfect Summer Vacation for our Family

Great location

Great location at the base of the ski slope and just a very short walk to the gondola. Could use a bit of updating but the property manager says that is coming soon so no complaints.

Fantastic property!

This house is well maintained. The management company was very responsive. This house comfortably slept our group of 7. Though we went in the summer, the location at the bottom of the ski slope was ideal for us. I can imagine being able to ski right up to the house is amazing in the winter! We absolutely loved sitting outside enjoying the views. We saw people mountain biking down the slopes. There is a more “kid friendly” mountain biking track right by the house which our group enjoyed tremendously. It’s just a short gondola ride to Telluride or to the market. Perfection! Would definitely return!
