A cozy and convenient studio located in the heart of Mountain Village at the Blue Mesa Lodge right off Sunset Plaza! This location provides easy ski in/ski out access to lifts 1, 4 & 10, as well as out the door hiking and biking trails during the summer & fall seasons. Enjoy the fresh remodel with new furniture and great amenities, all with the added ease of access to all of the shops, restaurants and activities that Mountain Village offers. No need for a vehicle as you are just steps away to the free gondola system, providing access to the grocery/liquor store as well as downtown Telluride. This location is really hard to beat, it doesn't get much better for the value!



This 425sq ft condo may be small but it's mighty in comforts and convenience! There is a partitioned sleeping area with a new queen bed, spacious dresser and a small covered deck. The living area is cozy and comfortable; equipped with dining table and seating for four, smart roku TV and a pullout couch with a queen memory foam mattress. The well-equipped kitchenette is stocked with a toaster oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, mini fridge and all dishes and utensils.



The unit also provides laundry facilities within the complex and a ski locker for added convenience. The Village bus shuttle service stops at the Blue Mesa bus stop right outside your door and offers service to Town Hall Plaza (grocery & liquor stores) with additional stops throughout Mountain Village. Additionally, you are just steps away from the world-famous Gondola which will take you directly into the town of Telluride. All in all, this condo is just a fantastic and comfortable property with word class views and is best in class for location.

Location was key for us. Especially, with a toddler and being steps away to lift 1. Great food within proximity and convenient. The condo was perfect for our little family. It was nice, quaint, and as described. Highly recommend for small families or couples.

Hi Susan, Thanks for the feedback. Parking expectations are explained clearly on the listing, and instructions/parking resources are shared in advance of arrival where we provide options and recommendations on where to park. Wifi/Utilities in general are sometimes out of our control and there were issues in town around time of arrival, also looks like someone from your party pressed the reset button on the router, resetting it to the default access network/codes etc, looking at our communication log, the issue was handled and service restored in less then 24hrs, so not sure about your 1.5 day comment. Although there's construction throughout Mountain Village we're not aware of any impacting construction in the immediate area of the property. We are a full service management company and available, before, during and after your stay and we do our best to provide a great experience to our guests. That said the coffee maker was an easy fix or relocating you to a different property due to the noise were options, if the concerns were brought to our attention during your stay. The property listing on VRBO was misleading regarding the parking situation. The amenities section explicitly stated "onsite parking available" and the property details listed a "Parking Garage." However, the check-in instructions we received a few days prior to arrival indicated that we had to park in a hotel garage approximately 0.5 miles away from the property. Furthermore, this offsite parking cost 50.00 per 24-hour period, resulting in an unexpected additional expense of 350.00 for our stay.When I called iTrip management to address this discrepancy, the representative I spoke with was highly unprofessional. He told me, "I know people like you. You just want money back," and subsequently hung up on me before texting to say I should deal directly with VRBO. I was deeply insulted by this treatment when I was simply trying to report inaccurate listing information.Please see the attached documentation supporting these claims. I look forward to your prompt response regarding how this matter will be resolved.

We always go above and beyond with our guests. That said these guests were extremely high-touch & challenging...."For future hosts...tread lightly". Not sure where the disconnect was with parking....The listing clearly states the parking arrangement, "Please note, this condo does not come with free parking but there are several paid parking garages within close proximity" we also sent our digital guidebook well in advance which explains the parking and the various options. The garage you parked in is 0.1 miles from the unit a 2 minute walk, so not sure about the .5 mile comment. The phone call we received was becoming completely unreasonable, so at that point we suggested Vrbo step in. We did not hang up, we said we will connect you to Vrbo to bring some resolve to this. We will be working through the validity of this review with Vrbo. Best, iTrip Telluride

Blue Mesa stay Telluride Mtn Village

Loved the Blue Mesa stay we took last week! Staying in Mtn Village was very cool and think we enjoyed more than we would have compared to in town. We had 2 adults and cpl kids in unit and for everyone perfect.

Great stay

We had great stay at condo. Everything was well stocked. One minor issue was with not enough cross ventilation in condo which made room very warm, also it was quite hot weather during our stay. I’ll definitely use iTrip for our next vacation.

fantastic location

Everything was great, if I had to nit pick I would suggest adding ice trays to the freezer. Also before visiting I did assume the view was toward sunset plaza and the mountains, after visiting and taking a look at the listing I did notice that an actual view from the balcony was shown. All of the pictures, including the one in this survey show the better side of the building. Wold stay at the property again for sure, just would make sure we had a view. Thanks!

Very loud construction

Unable to sleep talk, rest or relax from 630 am until 6pm the entire time. Construction was outside of the unit using jackhammers the entire stay! It was unbearable!
