This cozy, eclectic retreat is ideal for families, groups, and traveling professionals and is located just minutes from downtown Augusta, the medical district, hospitals, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy relaxing outdoor spaces including a welcoming front porch, private deck, and a fully fenced yardâperfect for morning coffee, evening unwinding, and safe play for pets.

This home is located near downtown Augusta, specifically the medical district. This area is ideal for those needing quick access to the Master's tournament, medical district, students/families of students attending the Medical/Dental College of Georgia, those attending entertainment at the James Brown Arena, Miller Theatre, and for those just wanting to enjoy Augusta from it's center.
You will have access to the entire property. There is parking for 1-2 vehicles as well as street parking on a first come, first serve basis. Please do not block other neighbor's driveways.
