Bedroom 1: A king bed with AC and an en suite full bathroom and a private patio.

Bedroom 2- A queen bed with AC and a en suite full bathroom.

Bedroom 3- A king bed with AC and en suite full bath. It can be accessed with its own private entrance from the coveted Rancho, or accessed through double doors from bedroom 2. Alternatively, the double doors between the bedrooms can be locked for complete privacy.

Bedroom 4- bedroom 4 can be used as a sitting room or a kid bedroom. Bedroom 4 is adjacent to Bedroom 3. It has twin over twin trundle that can be used as a couch, two twin beds, or converted to a king bed. It has a tv and ac. Sliding barn doors can create privacy, or left open and the room can be used as a private sitting area/living room for bedroom 3. **Please note that bedroom 4 is NOT private. It is a small bedroom with a twin over twin trundle bed that can only be accessed by walking through bedroom 3.

Upstairs is bedroom 5 with its own private entrance. It has a full size bed, AC, en suite bathroom, and a private patio. Bedroom 5 is accessed using the outdoors covered spiral staircase.

Outdoors there is a large covered outdoor living area with an outdoor kitchen, gas grill, a dining table that seats 8, and an additional high top dining table with seating for 4. There is a half bath and outdoor shower.

The house also features an electric car gate, a separate pedestrian gate, and large covered parking for two cars plus a quad or golf cart.
