We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years, and this was hands-down one of the best-stocked and most well-organized homes we’ve ever encountered. It was the absolute perfect setup for our family of five (two adults and three kids, ages 9, 11, and 13).The house itself felt brand new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. All of the linens were great quality, and the bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with toiletries. Even though we didn't end up needing the triple bunk or the pull-out sofa, the overall space worked brilliantly for us. We also loved how clear the host was with instructions—everything from operating the light switches and the golf cart to simple house rules (like no shoes upstairs) was clearly laid out and easy to follow. On top of that, the property manager was wonderful and extremely helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.A few highlights from our trip:The Golf Cart & Amenities: The golf cart was such a fun bonus! The kids had a blast with all the games provided at the house, and we took full advantage of the community pool, pickleball courts, and playground.The Kitchen: Truly one of the best-stocked kitchens we've ever seen in a rental. Cooking meals here was an absolute breeze.Boating Setup: If you’re bringing a boat, this location is ideal. We parked our boat at the storage yard just down the street with easy access to the ramp. My husband would launch the boat while the kids and I took the golf cart down to the Beau Coast dock to meet him—it couldn't have been more convenient.During our stay, we took the boat out to Shackleford Banks and Carrot Island, and spent time exploring downtown Beaufort and Morehead City.We had a fantastic vacation and will definitely be back.
