Enjoy peaceful bay views and a central Ocean City location at Makai 611, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath bayside condo situated on 42nd Street. Overlooking the water and just a short walk from the beach, this condo offers a comfortable setting close to the Convention Center, restaurants, and local attractions.



Inside, the condo features a bright and open living space with updated flooring, new televisions, and fresh paint throughout. Sliding doors lead to the private balcony that faces Coastal Hwy and you can see parts of the oceans horizon. On the balcony you can enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening while watching the sunrise.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a standard drip coffee maker — please bring your preferred grounds — along with everything needed for simple meals at home. The open layout allows the kitchen, dining area, and living room to flow together for easy time with family or friends.



Both bedrooms feature queen beds, and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. A full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit for added convenience during your stay.



Guests at Makai enjoy access to a variety of building amenities, including an indoor pool, fitness center, billiards room, sauna, ground-floor lounge, and two elevators providing easy access to all floors.

Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.
