Oceanside Bliss Awaits: Your Dream Getaway Just Steps from the Beach

If you are looking for the perfect location for a family beach week, or a place to stay while you attend an event at the convention center, you’ve found it. Our condo is located on the beach block of 41st street. A perfect day here looks like coffee and breakfast on the balcony, spending the morning by the ocean, lunch either on the beach or back at the condo, mini golf and then dinner at one of the great restaurants within walking distance.

Some things to know:

1 .This is a 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) w/1 parking space. Additional public, non-metered parking is available.

2. This is a no smoking or vaping unit.

3. We love animals, but unfortunately, condo rules do not allow pets.

4. Please be considerate of neighbors.

5. While we provide sheets, please bring your own bath and beach towels.

6. There are additional condo rules/policies posted on the stairs.

Mini vacation

We had an excellent long weekend at this property. We were so close to the convention center for my son’s tournament and easily could go to the beach on our breaks without ever needing to get in the car. The place was clean and comfy. My kids did not want to leave. We would stay here again!

Great Oceanside Condo

Perfect location

We had an event at the convention center so it was very convenient. Clean and easy check in. We did have problems with the key lock but the owner had a quick response and we got it fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

cute place and close to the beach!

Me and my 4 friends stayed in this condo. It was super cute and had a perfect amount of space for us. There’s a deck outside that sits two that had a view of water on both sides. The walk to the beach was easy and had many attractions that were not that far to walk to

Absolutely perfect. Tiffany’s communication was exceptional and we had no issues at all. The balcony outside the front door was an awesome hangout spot. All in all, 10/10. Thanks Tiff, Brett, Bo, and Rocky!

Such a nice place!

The condo was so cute, had plenty of room within it and was CLEAN! Tiffany was great to work with and check-in/out was easy. Plus, the building where the condo was was not even a block from the beach and so close to plenty of things to do in Ocean City!

Cute condo

We had a great stay at the condo for a family of 3. Condo is cute and clean. Beds could be more comfortable but otherwise it was a great retreat for us. Good parking, ocean side so a short walk to the beach.

Great Location!

Place is very nice with a great location! Just wish there was a dresser or somewhere to put clothes
there was a closet where I could hang clothes but we mostly lived out of our suitcase.

Perfect spot, close to the beach

I stayed here with my two kids and it was great to have the bunkbeds. The beach is right there, an easy walk. Covered parking was nice to have. Only negative was that it is on the 3rd level (4th including the parking) but this is listed. Luckily my kids are big enough to walk themselves. Overall just as pictured and clean. Great stay

Bach weekend

We had a great stay for my Bachelorette weekend in OC. Its basically beach front abd very close to the bus stop. Nice and convenient! The inside is updated and really cute! Highly recommend!

It was an awesome stay. Everything was described perfectly. It fit my group perfectly and the location was awesome! Only reason it gets 4 stars is because the cleaning crew came an hour early and kicked us out.

Little gem

Second time staying here two summers in a row. I do have two almost adult children but space was fine. Both times I stayed for three nights and it was perfect. With 4 adults, I may not stay for a week though for needing more seating area and leg room. Kitchen equipment was basic but good enough. What I always value is cleanliness, AC function, location, parking, communication and reasonable price for the quality I get and it was all A+ in those. Adult bed mattress may need to be replaced soon and it was noisy from over used spring or frame. Hope everyone enjoys this property !
