Stunning Ocean Palms 3BD/3BA villa with free golf, tennis and pickleball!

This villa is a spacious, 1750 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, designer-decorated two-floor townhouse with two master suites, overlooking a lagoon and the magnificent 8th hole of the Barony Golf Course from its second floor deck.

The villa's entrance is on the second level of the building, where on the first floor you will find the master suite, the living/dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with ice maker, washer/dryer, oven/stove with glass top, dishwasher, place settings for 10 people, along with a full set of cookware and utensils.. The dining room table seats 8. The furnishings in the living area include a love seat, queen-size sleeper sofa, and a reading chair. Upstairs, you will find the second master suite and the third bedroom and full bath. Each master suite has a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. The beds in the master bedrooms are king size. There are two twin beds in the third bedroom that, upon request, can be made into a king size bed. The third bedroom includes a shower/tub combination. Both the large and small Ocean Palms community pools are but a two minute walk from the villa.

There are gas BBQ grills spread throughout the pool areas and entire Ocean Palms complex of villas.

There is a 50" smart TV in the living area, plus a 40" flat screen TV in each bedroom. In 2023, all bathrooms were updated/renovated.

The villas at Ocean Palms are managed by The Westin Resort Hotel, the highest-rated oceanfront hotel on the island.
The Hotel and beaches are a short 7-10 minute walk, or a convenient, free shuttle ride from the villas.

All Ocean Palms guests are entitled to the use of ALL amenities provided by the The Westin Resort. The hotel has multiple pools, one of which is heated, and a short walk to its spectacular beach. There are inside and outside dining areas which overlook the ocean, an indoor fitness center, and the Heavenly Spa (select services/programs are at an extra charge).

Also included in your vacation experience is one round of daily golf for up to 4 players (does not include cart fee) and pertains to five (5) different Heritage Golf 18 hole championship courses. In addition, an hour of free tennis or pickleball (daily) is included with your rental. The Westin hotel provides free shuttle service to the beach, the hotel, the golf club, and Shelter Cove (shopping and dining).


All available weeks are rented on a Sunday to Sunday schedule.

Upon arrival, guests will check in to the Ocean Palms Villa via the front desk of the Westin Resort hotel which is just a short distance from the villa. On the day of departure, guests may visit/or call the same front desk to check out.

NOTE: The Westin also charges $40 to modify the bed configuration from the standard arrangement - kings in the two master bedrooms and two twins in the guest room.

Lastly, regarding golf at Ocean Palms…..

Heritage Golf has agreed to a 72 hour advance tee time, based upon availability. Tee times may be reserved in advance by contacting Port Royal Golf Club at 843-681-1750. You may contact Port Royal Racquet Club at 843-681-1510 to book your pickleball/tennis court times.
