Charmante maison de ville de 3 chambres - 2 niveaux avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon au niveau principal. Grande suite parentale au rez-de-chaussée. Ce joyau caché est à quelques pas de la plage et à 50 mÚtres de la piscine sur place.
Le deuxiÚme étage comprend 2 chambres de plus, avec 2 salles de bains privées supplémentaires. Queen in Lower Master, Queen in Upper Master, Twins in 3rd Bedroom.
Beaucoup de fenĂȘtres crĂ©ent la sensation de piĂšces claires et aĂ©rĂ©es. Le porche arriĂšre privĂ© a une terrasse isolĂ©e avec un gril Ă©lectrique.
Ocean Breeze accepte les chiens et accepte votre meilleur ami à quatre pattes. Vous et votre chien profiterez de kilomÚtres de pistes cyclables et de plages de sable pour passer vos journées ensoleillées à vous promener sur toute l'ßle.
La région de Forest Beach regorge d'activités. Ce complexe à Ocean Breeze est plus bas sur la plage et plus isolé de l'agitation de Coligny mais suffisamment proche pour que vous puissiez toujours profiter de toutes les commodités.

HHI 2025

We enjoyed our stay in HHI. Property was very clean and fully stocked. Walk/bike trail next to the property made it easy to walk/bike to the beach.

Great stay! Perfect location to the beach and pool. Condo was as described and very clean. The property management company gave us a 250 credit to use toward beach gear. We used for bikes that were delivered and picked up from the condo. This was completely unexpected and a very nice perk! The kitchen was fully equipped- wish there was grill utensils though. Would stay again.

Ladies’ Trip

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Ocean Breeze 99!!! It was three of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom! We also had our own tvs in each of the bedrooms. It was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The location was ideal for the area we wanted to explore which was Coligny Beach and Harbor Town. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and we plan to come back in the near future!!!

Reviewer Comments: We were so comfortable from the moment we arrived, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking and all bedrooms were extremely comfortable. This is one of the best mattresses my husband and I have slept on! The TVs in each room were a huge plus and the location of the rental can’t be beat. My family enjoyed many aspects of the island. It was our first time visiting and it couldn’t have been better. We will surely return!

Family Getaway

This was a great place to stay! Very close to to the beach. (We love to ride bikes) It’s a short bike ride. Everything we needed close by. We had no problems with any part of our accommodations. We will try to book here again!

Summer vacation with family.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is spacious and was able to easily accommodate our family of six which includes my husband, myself, three teenage daughters and our nine year-old daughter. The pool is super close and was never crowded. Our girls went to the pool everyday. Other residents in the community are friendly. It’s a nice short walk to the beach. And we couldn’t ask for anything more and we would look forward to staying again. Thank you!

Happy with our stay

Great location, has been painted downstairs and updated a little since the pictures so I was pleasantly surprised. Had everything we needed and took bikes daily to the beach. My only complaint is that the rugs smelled and had pee stains on them. I guess that’s to be expected with a dog friendly rental. We put them all in the closet until we left
problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

HHI still the Best

We have been coming to HHI for over 10 years! We still love it here! This Condo is perfect! We used to come Saturday to Saturday in the past. This condo is flexible with dates! We stayed 9 nights! The walk to the beach is straightforward! Simple! 3 full Bath and 3 bedroom for 6 of us, was a Plus!

This is just under half a mile from beach access making it walkable or bike-able. The downstairs had had a recent renovation, as can be seen from the photos. It was a pleasure to cook in it. The complex's pool was very nice as well. Additionally, the property management company was real pleasure to work with. They were easy to contact with questions and made the check-in/ check-out process was easy.

It was very nice and offered a nice location to Coligny, shopping and the beach. It was clean and never saw a roach/palmento bug (the first condo in SC that I can say that about). The pool is right across the parking lot. The condo complex has three pools in all and tennis courts. Very dog friendly.

Nice house with a good layout

This is our second time renting this unit. We liked the upgrades to the kitchen table and coffee table. We found the kitchen to have plenty of dishes, forks, etc. We will definitely consider this unit for our next stay. The only issue - and its not the owners or mgmt company’s fault - Lyft has a terrible time finding the address. The street address puts you into the main entrance for TreeTops and the unit is actually on the next street. Lots of confused drivers this week.

We rented bikes for the week and I was concerned how we would get to the bike path, but the bike path is literally connected to the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again. However, I gave three stars on amenities for a couple of reasons. The skillets in this kitchen need to be replaced/improved. In a house that sleeps at least six people I would expect larger skillets. This kitchen only had three 10 inch skillets and they were poor quality / burnt food on bottom of skillets (no it was not the cook). There were a couple very dirty items in the kitchen (the cooking sheet and a casserole dish). We were missing half of our starter supplies and had some stains on two towels. I contacted Seashores and they were quick to respond by dropping off the missing supplies but didn’t give replacement towels because we weren’t there to make the exchange. These aren’t issues that would prevent us from staying again but things to improve upon to get 5 stars.
