The perfect escape while you visit Salt Lake! This sanctuary underwent a top to bottom remodel and now shines bright for you to enjoy! Kick back and relax in your own private hot tub and home with tons of off-street gated parking + a one-car garage!

This is a work-from-home haven that has two standing desks with ergonomic chairs!

Come unwind at the Salt Lake Sanctuary today and bring your pet too!

This cozy sanctuary boasts 2 full bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a huge gravel driveway that has gated, a fully fenced backyard with a hot tub and SO much more. With lightning-fiber Wi-Fi and two standing desks, there is no better place to work throughout the day and enjoy the backyard after work. I put my heart and soul into this house transforming it from one of the most run-down in the area to its current condition.

1. This is a little bit of a smaller galley kitchen so counter space is a bit limited but it is still cozy and I tried to maximize the space the best I could.
2. Fully equipped with everything you will need for cooking.

Living Room/Hallway:
1. 55in Smart Roku TV
2. High Top Dining Table with chairs

Exterior/ Driveway+ Garage:
1. The garage door size is 7` High and 9` Wide so take this into account if your vehicle will fit
2. The driveway is completely gated with a roll galvanized gate. It does take a little bit of some muscle to move with it being on a gravel driveway but I have tried to make it as smooth as possible
3. The front yard is also fully fenced.
4. The yard and driveway are entirely gravel. There is only a small turf patch. There is no real grass on the property.

You have access to the entire property. No space is shared. I do keep my Airstream parked on the property. I am working on renovating the inside but it is a project for later :).

I give my guests space but am available if needed.

I lived in this home for about two years while fixing it up over those years. It is in more of an industrial and commercial location in south salt lake so it is not your typical neighborhood. I like to see this as a sanctuary in the hustle and bustle industrial area, thus the reason for the name :). Those who work in the area will come earlier in the morning for work, get what they need, and go off to their jobs ! They end their day earlier than most with alot of the nearby businesses being trades related. Even with the more of an industrial feel, the house still has other homes surrounding it, is set back from the street, and is fully gated/ fenced. Although the street isn’t particularly busy, during parts of the day you can hear some roofers and plumbers driving by to go get supplies for their jobs. The noise definitely subsides as the day goes on and ultimately at night the house is quite peaceful, with the exception of someone driving to their home in the street or the apartment buildings at the end of the street. With this in mind both bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines to help drown things out. I loved living here and seeing this house undergo the transformation it did and I truly hope you appreciate it as well. Please reach out if you have any questions .

Uber and Lyft are readily available and the the 3300 Trax Station is about 5-10 minutes walk away
House Guidelines
I’m excited to host you. These simple guidelines help us take great care of the home, respect the neighbors, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone.
1. Local Guests
If you live locally, please send me a quick message before booking so we can briefly connect prior to confirming your stay.
2. Occupancy
The home comfortably accommodates up to 4 registered guests.
If you’re planning to have additional visitors — even briefly — please check with me first.
For safety and insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be included on the reservation.
3. No Smoking
This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside and outside.
If smoking occurs, a $200 per day cleaning/remediation fee may be applied due to odor removal and deep cleaning requirements.
4. Check-In & Check-Out
I’m happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when the schedule allows. Just send me a quick request in advance.
Unapproved changes that interfere with the cleaning schedule may result in a $50 fee.
5. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local guidelines.
Thank you for helping keep things peaceful for the neighbors.
6. Pets
If you’re bringing a pet, there is a $25 per night, per pet fee. This is requested separately after booking since it isn’t included in the reservation total.
For longer stays, I’m happy to discuss a reduced or capped fee — my goal is simply to keep things fair for everyone.
By bringing a pet, you agree to a few simple expectations to help keep the home in great condition:
No pets on furniture or beds
Pets must be house-trained and should not be left unattended unless crated
All waste must be cleaned up promptly
Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning that may be needed.
7. Hot Tub
To help keep the hot tub clean and enjoyable for everyone:
Please rinse off lotions, oils, and dirt before entering
No food or drinks in the hot tub
Use is at your own risk
Children must be supervised at all times
If extra cleaning is required beyond normal service, a $125 fee may apply.
8. Mail & Deliveries
There is no mailbox available for guest use.
For deliveries, please use an Amazon Locker or similar service.
If you’re staying for an extended period and need mail delivered, just message me and we can coordinate options.
9. Reservation Changes
If your plans change after booking, just reach out as early as possible and I’ll do my best to help where I can.
Adjustments to dates or guest count may affect pricing or availability.
Please note that changes removing reserved nights may still follow standard cancellation terms.

These guidelines are just here to help keep the property in good shape and make sure everyone has a great stay. Nearly all guests are wonderful, and when the home is treated with care, I’m very easygoing and flexible. It is my pleasure to host you.

This is hands down the cleanest, warmest, homiest little space. The kitchen was well equipped to just come in and make yourself at home. The yard is just dreamy. A lovely little spot to relax and visit. My dogs were right at home. We would definitely choose this location again and again.

We came as a family to celebrate a birthday and enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The house clean and well stocked. We loved the outdoor area with hot tub, fire pit and seating. The gate, driveway and garage make you feel safe.

Little getaway

My husband and I wanted to get away for a couple days and this place was perfect! It had everything we needed to just sit back and relax. The house was cute and clean. It was easy to get ahold of the manager if we needed! I would start at this outlet again!

Visiting our grandson in SLC

This location was 5 minutes away from our grandson. We love the location and food suggestions. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. Only 30 minutes for skiing in the canyons. Would definitely rent again.

Great Stay!

This sweet little home did not disappoint. It was the perfect place for my family and I. The nights were a little loud with fireworks and music but Jeremy provided white noise speakers. His attention to detail and communication was awesome!

We had a wonderful visit to SLC with my in laws. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Everything about this property is exceedingly conscientious. The owner even took the time to send a kind welcome message. Additionally, the outdoor space is amazing in the evenings. I highly recommend this property for any length of time. It was fine. There are some definite improvments that would make a long term stay more comfortable. We were there for 4 nights and we ran out of toliet paper. The sink hose was broken and the hottub needed to be filled with water. There seemed to be a few things that just needed a little tweek. It was comfortable and cozy but not perfect.
