The living room smart TV comes loaded with all apps (free Netflix+ included) to binge all your shows. In warm months, fire up the outdoor grill and eat on the patio! 🌲 Family-Ready Outdoor Space Our home sits on 0.81 acres at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with easy drive-up parking. The guest suite steps out to a large patio with ample patio seating in the summer to enjoy the big-sky views and the grill. The backyard is huge and provides room for soccer, tag, and unhurried coffee. In summer, our chickens cluck from a secure coop at the far end of the yard (come say hi). There are swings/slides for the littles, and a trampoline is also planned. A gate leads to a pond that often hosts ducks and geese. This serene, quiet neighbourhood is a perfect getaway for nature-lovers. 🌆 Estate Calm with City Convenience In Tuscany Hills, you get the best of both worlds: tranquil estate living and the comforts of the city close by. Our home is set amidst the rolling hills of Sturgeon County, directly north of Edmonton and east of St. Albert. Catch the Anthony Henday highway in just 5 minutes! The huge Albany Market Square is only a 6-minute drive, providing convenient access to Walmart, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Movati, a plethora of grocery and fast food options, medical/dental/health, banks, and so much more. Also close by are Red Willow Park, St. Albert Botanic Park, golf courses, lovely walking trails, and family-friendly dining. Our guests will have full and private use of the entire lower floor, with direct access to our patio and backyard. Park in the front driveway on the left side of the home. A short set of exterior stairs leads to the side walkway and your private entrance. You will have your own space while our family live upstairs. If anything comes up, we are nearby and happy to help. If you ever need anything, message us through the app, and we will respond quickly! We are happy to help with local tips, extra linens, a forgotten item, or a small fix. If something urgent comes up, we are close by and can assist right away. Our goal is for you to relax, feel cared for, and enjoy a smooth, stress-free stay. Welcome to Tuscany Hills in Sturgeon County, an established, quiet estate community set among gentle rolling hills just north of Edmonton and east of St. Albert. Our home sits on a peaceful cul-de-sac with big skies, wide green spaces, and a community nature pond behind the yard. You are five minutes away from the Anthony Henday highway, and ten minutes from everything you need, including superstores, family restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, and the hospital. It feels like a country stay with the convenience of the city close by. A car is recommended, and parking in the driveway is easy year-round in our 8-car driveway. 🔹 Please include all overnight guests and pets in your booking! 🔹 Dogs are welcome (up to 2). While the yard is very spacious, it is not fenced on one side, so leashes are required for safety. No cats are allowed; a $500 fee applies if a cat is brought on site. 🔹 Kindly don’t use our address for mail. For deliveries, choose door drop-off or depot pickup. 🔹 In-house laundry is available for reasonable guest use. 🔹 We can’t be responsible for items left behind. Please double-check before departure.
