Window at top of stairs not closing.No microwave.Several external lights not working.Had to ask for linen/ towel change several times.Barbecue in poor condition.Lift not working.Hot tub not working. Toilet roll holder in top bathroom keeps falling off wall.Water leaking through balcony overhang outside living room doors when raining. Agent who let us into villa did not show us how anything worked, just read the folder and left.

A very well presented holiday villa with fantastic views.

We stayed at the villa over the Christmas and New Year period. We totally enjoyed our stay. The villa is well presented, clean, and meets our expectations. I hope to use it again and will recommend it to prospective holiday makers.

Fantastic villa

Family of 6 adults. Property is beautiful inside with everything you require. Located quite high up the hill but taxis cheap and readily available.

Luxury Villa

Location was out the way from bars ,restaurant ,supermarket, but taxis was only a phone call away ,which we expected . Also takeaway easy to organise and be delivered. Villa was absolutely beautiful, with everything you need.

Amazing property and view

This place was absolutely amazing and has everything you need to feel comfortable. House was very clean and properly stocked, 2 convenience stores within 5 minutes walking distance of the house. Supermarket and shopping centre 20 minute walk from the house (best to use a car, hills are steep), and Beach is about a 5 euro taxis ride. This house has an amazing view and amazing Spanish sunset you get to watch every night. Would highly recommend this place to anyone going to Tenerife. One tip while going here is to rent a car or vespa. Taxi service is sometime unreliable if you're going to be moving around a lot. Other than that the property is great!

Excellent stay for the great family

We were a couple with 4 "kids" (10/12/20/24 yo) and two sets of grandparents (65-80 years old), total of 10 persons. Our stay was pleasant, rooms were perfect size with cupboards and drawers, beds were good. Towels and linen included, kitchen was well equipped and we only missed two things during our stay (not so important but would have made the kitchen even better) and that was a microwave and a sandwich grill, everything else was super. We liked the option of laundry room, it was good to be able to put in one machine every now and then. Wifi was 100% on the middle floor but rather poor on both bottom and top floor and in the sitting area around the pool, but that made people talk and play more so it´s not such a bad thing :) Outside area was good, well equipped with chairs, tables, sunbeds, parasol and BBQ grill. During our stay we got guests who stayed at a hotel near by, and the house could well take extra 5 for dinner and playing around the pool. Taxi from the beach is only 4-5 minutes, and is around 5-6 euros, 15 minutes drive to airport, short distance, around 5 minutes with car, to shopping mall, to Siam park and other activities. Location is quite high up for a walk to the beach, taxi or own car is easier. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Staff gets 6 stars out of 5! They were excellent and met all our queries with super fast response through WhatsApp with only few minutes response time. We look forward to our next stay in the house.

Not Terrible but Not Great

1st impressions and from the photos the villa is gorgeous, however it is surface only. Upon arrival we were informed that we would not be able to use 1 of the 5 bedrooms due to a leak from the pool area (the ceiling in the bedroom had collaped) the owner/manager was vey apologetic and provided 1 nights refund as compensation. The issues continued, the pool continued to leak which created a constant damp smell. The pool had not been cleaned for our arrival, the pool man did arrive late evening, however it took 3 days for the chemicals to kick in and for the pool to start to 'look' clean. We are aware that there were no significant health implications to this but no-one wants to go for a swim in a murky pool. When we did eventually use the pool, the ground trim from glass balcony was broken so the water washed all the dirt into the swimming pool. It was a similar situation with the jacuzzi, once the chemicals had started working 3 adults were relaxing in it and were informed that there was water leaking through the ceiling into the lounge (obviously given the roof collape from the pool no-one used the jacuzzi again). These were the main issues, the owner/manger did respond to emails relatively quickly, and we made ourselves available for the handymen & experts to come and view the issues. We had Spanish speakers in our group & are aware the experts advice was to shut the villa down while ALL drainage issues were fixed as the silicone they were using was not solving anything.

Superbe villa , spacieuse. Dommage du manque d’un coin « cosi » à l’exterieur

Parfait mis à part du manque d’un coin « cosi » au Rez et à l’extérieur. Les chaises longues mériteraient d’être mises au goût du jour donc d’être changées vu le peu de confort.

Fantastic villa with an amazing view!

We are a family group of 8 that recently stayed at this villa. The Villa is fantastic and it’s location provides an amazing view wherever you are in the property. It definitely exceeded my expectations. A car is recommended due to the hill location and carrying grocery supplies. However only a 30 min downhill walk into town to many bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Easy accessible taxis back for 5euro fee. Would highly recommend this villa - well stocked (even now with a sandwich toaster), great location, spacious and a real luxury!

Relaxing stay

We were 13 girls who stayed at the villa, we loved everything about the house. Plenty of room for everyone and the hosts were very helpful and answered every questions we had right away. The pool was great and the scenery from the balcony was unbeliveble. Thanks so mutch from all of us!

Incredible Villa in perfect location

This was truly an amazing experience for our family of 10. The villa is massive and beautiful, with incredible views down to Costa Adeje, west facing with perfect sunsets. The pool was perfectly heated, as was the hot tub. Taxis were easy to call and only €6-7 and 5 mins down to Costa Adeje and the beaches. I can't recommend this place enough and wish to come back as soon as we can. If we had to give some constructive feedback, it was a shame that the barbecue wasn't available. We couldn't get the air conditioning units to work in the downstairs bedrooms and we felt there was a lack of full length mirrors for getting ready to go out. But these are small details that the owners could sort for future stays. All in all, we adore this villa and can't wait to come back. Many thanks again.

Absolutely lovely property with everything you need.

We loved staying here, the views were simply spectacular. 5* for sure, the only note I would leave is it would be nice for the villa to be a little bit better stocked on arrival, e.g. soap for washing your hands etc, not a big issue however, as there is a shop just around the corner. A car is recommended for this location, but we did fine getting taxis. I can't fault the hosting team however, they answered all queries we had and were always available should any issues arise. Hope to be back next year!
