The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the open living areas, offering a calm start before a full day at the nearby parks. In the evenings, gather by the private pool as the air settles into a warm Florida breeze, letting the quiet of the neighborhood wrap around you. Whether you spend your days exploring or relaxing at home, this villa offers space for everyone to unwind.



Sleeping arrangements

Seven spacious bedrooms spread across two levels provide room for up to 14 guests. Downstairs, the primary suite features a king size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Upstairs, the junior suite offers another king size bed with its own ensuite bathroom. Additional themed bedrooms include a Lion King room with a king size bed, a Frozen Castle room with a twin over full bunk bed, and three more rooms featuring combinations of full and twin beds. Each room is designed to give guests space to recharge between adventures.



Indoor living

Two large living areas give your group options for gathering, relaxing, or enjoying quiet downtime. The gameroom adds an extra spot for friendly competition. Air conditioning and heating help keep your stay comfortable year-round, and the washer and dryer make longer visits especially convenient.



Kitchen and dining

A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances provides everything you need to prepare meals, with room for multiple cooks to work together. The adjacent dining areas, both inside and outside, create flexible spaces for sharing meals and planning your day.



Outdoor living

The private pool offers a refreshing place to relax whenever you choose. Pool loungers give you space to stretch out, while the patio area adds another spot to enjoy the Florida climate. Guests also have free access to the community water park and amenity center, adding even more options for fun during your stay.



Amenities

Essential comforts include bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, hangers, a hair dryer, shampoo, hot water, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and wifi. The home also includes a TV, EV charger, free parking on the premises, and additional free street parking.

Located in the desirable Windsor at Westside community, the villa places you within a short drive of Orlando’s most beloved attractions. Disney World is approximately 20-25 minutes away, SeaWorld about 30 minutes, and Universal Studios around 35 minutes, giving you easy access to some of the area’s most popular destinations.

As a guest of Windsor at Westside, you gain free access to shared resort features: a large pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, fitness center, and a clubhouse with arcade games, bar, and lounge. Sports courts, picnic areas, and additional BBQ spaces are also within walking distance, offering plenty of options for recreation without leaving the community.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available. Street parking is limited and not guaranteed.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
