Main reason staying offside from Disney was access to washer and dryer. With 3 small children it allows less packing. Dryer was broken causing issues. Lots of dirt in corners, broken toliet seat and broken couch. House is in a good location and owner very responsive, but unfortunately that did not solve the above issues.

The pool at the house was clean and refreshing. The location of Windsor Hills is great - close to Disney and Restaurants! The community center and community pool was a fan favorite as well. We will stay at Windsor Hills again due to these factors. The specific home itself feels a little bit tired and could use a refresher as of June 2026.

We visited with 4 adults and 4 children. The hot tub and pool were great way to unwind at the end of the day after visiting the theme parks and the on site community water park and splash pad were great for our rest days when we were not at parks. The on site washer and dryer were appreciated by the adults, while the kids enjoyed the game room. This was a great value and close to the parks and other area attractions. The owners were responsive on answering our questions leading up to and during our stay. We would gladly book here again in the future.

Great location and clean home. Needs some updating with new pool cues and kitchen pans/knifes and cutting boards. The house is so great for a large family, but the pans, skillets and cutting board are for small families. Those are the only reason for 4 stars. I would 100% rent here again.

Perfect location, lovely estate and brilliantly attentive owners, as soon as we had any issues or questions they answered straight away. A couple of the beds were a little squeaky etc but seem to be the case in most US rental properties. Would stay again, thanks again!

Due to miss communication with owner and cleaners. We were not registered at the gaurd shack when we got there and the house was not cleaned and no bedding. We did not arrive until late so there was no one that could assist us. We slept on couch and our daughter and her friend had to share the only clean bed. We did get a hold of the owner and we needed to take all our stuff back out of the house and leave until after the cleaners were done, it was a waste of a day. Once the cleaners were done we were able to get back in and everything was fine. Just disappointed have never had this happen before.

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced upon arrival. Unfortunately, this situation resulted from a miscommunication between the owner and the cleaning team, which caused the home not to be properly prepared before your late arrival. We completely understand how disappointing and stressful that was for your family, especially after traveling late in the day. We would also like to clarify that your registration information had in fact been properly submitted into the community access system prior to your arrival, and the e-pass you presented at the guard gate had been generated directly from that system using your details. Unfortunately, it appears there was an issue at the guard gate in verifying the information correctly at that moment. We sincerely apologized throughout the process and worked as quickly as possible to resolve everything the following morning. We deeply regret the inconvenience of having to temporarily leave the property while the cleaning was completed, and we understand how valuable vacation time was lost because of this situation. As a gesture of apology and goodwill, we inmediately refunded the value of one night of your stay. In over 12 years of hosting guests, we had never experienced a situation like this before, and we have since reviewed our procedures carefully to help prevent anything similar from happening again. We truly appreciate your patience and again deeply regret what occurred.

Nice house Great location

Location and house was nice. Items reported needing repair, fan vent in bathroom and game room, pool light were not fixed. Host responded quickly. Overall we had a great time. Have stayed in Windsor Hills over 20 years and have always enjoyed it.

Great family vacation

The house was perfect for a family vacation to Disney. The hosts were very accommodating when our flights were changed. The location to the parks was convenient and the size of the house was great. The kids loved using the pool at the house and the community pool.

The space was amazing to have. The children loved the decorated rooms, garage game space, and backyard pool. Everyone enjoyed the community pool and the community location was perfect.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend and definitely would book again. Very organized, pool and game room awesome. Hot tub was the biggest plus for us! Very quick and easy check in, communication was suprt quick. So close to parks! Highly recommend

We had 13 people and had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the pool. Fast easy access to Disney parks. Short drive to Cocoa Beach area. Would stay again.

Great stay

Fantastic stay at a great property. Owner was terrific. He responded time to any inquiries quickly and accommodated our multiple requests (addition of a night to stay, addition of additional guest (twice) after initial booking) graciously and efficiently. The house has the best hot tub of any property we've rented in Orlando. We highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous rental home

We were very pleased with this vacation rental in Orlando. Great location close to Disney, shopping and plenty of restaurants. The home was extremely clean and well stocked. The owners were quick to respond even on Christmas day to help us obtain a BBQ for grilling. We were extremely happy there and would definitely rent again.

Easily accessible safe environment

This community is in a great location . Parks are easy to access and the amenities in the community are amazing . Our family enjoyed the water park and playground on site. This unit was located within walking distance of the clubhouse and playground . Thanks Roman for such an amazing place to stay for our Disney vacation !!

Great week

Property was everything described. Perfect for our 3 families. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub too. And the property manager was wonderful and accommodating to last minute changes and a few issues. Their response was immediate. Would rent this house again.

This was an amazing house. Heated pool, hot tub and game room a big plus. Close to a lot.

We loved the House and how close it was to a lot of stuff including Walmart 2 mins away. We only regret no having enough time to visit the club house, maybe on our next trip. Ate looking forward to coming back and maybe staying long so we could just hang in the community and enjoy it more. Overall a must rent.

Beyond Fabulous !!

Fabulous..gorgeous 6 bedroom villa ! So much space and bathrooms / suites for us all !! Fantastic hot tub and pool ! My little grandaughters loved the Ariel room .. and the boys loved the Harry Potter room !! The owner was top- notch to deal with ! So close to the Disney parks .. 5-10 min max ...Starbucks / McDonald's / Walmart 3 min away ..can't wait to return !! Thank You for allowing us to stay in your amazing villa !!
