The daily rental rate includes absolutely all house charges (also electricity). Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
