The loft is finely and fully furnished: Double-height ceilings, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, a large dining table/desk, two comfortable closets, and a table with two chairs on the terrace/hallway leading to the loft’s entrance — perfect for dining outdoors if you prefer.


It features air conditioning, ceiling fan, a 42” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a queen-size bed.

3rd floor, no elevator. (The ground floor is considered the 1st floor.)

The price includes Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning, and electricity. A courtesy first large bottle of water is provided.

The loft measures 25 m².

Parking:
The Kite Beach Condominium does not offer assigned parking spaces for the apartments. Guests can park in the condominium’s outdoor parking area or along the main street in front of the building.

Cabarete’s vibrant nightlife is only 1.5 km from Kite Beach, with great restaurants, bars, dance spots, and shops along the beach.

The famous Encuentro Surf Spot is just 2 km from Kite Beach and can be reached by walking along the shore.

The apartment has a digital lock that allows self check-in and eliminates the need for keys. In any case, I live in the same building and I love welcoming my guests personally and providing them with the best attention.Renting a car at the airport is neither recommended nor practical for several reasons.

Driving in the Dominican Republic can be a bit challenging, as the traffic is often quite chaotic.
There is always a taxi and mototaxi stop available right in front of the condominium.
However, if you wish to rent a car for a trip outside Cabarete, it is possible to do so, and the vehicle will be delivered directly to the condominium.
