*No Parties or Events – Quiet, family-friendly space. Unauthorized gatherings may result in cancellation.

*Spa Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating per day upon request (3 hrs.’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.
– Cocktail pool for relaxing only — no diving or rough play.

*Parking – Gated parking for up to 4 vehicles. Limited street parking.

*Quiet Hours – 11 PM – 7 AM (inside & outside). Please respect neighbors.

*Cleaning & Essentials – Starter supplies (toiletries, paper towels, etc.) provided. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.

*Mid-Stay Cleaning – Available upon request (additional fee).

*Fees & Policies:
• $700 refundable incidental deposit
• $20 BBQ grill fee (optional)

• Base rate includes up to 16 guests. Additional guests over 16 are $10 per person, per night, to cover extra utilities, linens, and turnover.

Note: Houston’s tropical climate can attract bugs. Despite pest control, please keep doors closed. Bug spray under kitchen sink.
