*No Parties or Events – Quiet, family-friendly space. Unauthorized gatherings may result in cancellation.

*Pool Use (not heated) – Cocktail pool for relaxing only — no diving or rough play.

*Parking – Gated parking for up to 4 vehicles. Limited street parking.

*Quiet Hours – 10 PM – 7 AM (inside & outside). Please respect neighbors.

*Cleaning & Essentials – Starter supplies (toiletries, paper towels, etc.) provided. Guests may need to restock for longer stays.

*Mid-Stay Cleaning – Available upon request (additional fee).

*Fees & Policies:
• $550 refundable incidental deposit
• $20 BBQ grill fee (optional)

• Base rate includes up to 16 guests. Additional guests over 16 are $15 per person, per night, to cover extra utilities, linens, and turnover.

Note: Houston’s tropical climate can attract bugs. Despite pest control, please keep doors closed. Bug spray under kitchen sink.

The pool and hot tub are currently unheated. They remain open and ready for you to enjoy.
