Ce condo qui a été récemment repeint et réaménagé avec un nouveau téléviseur LCD 42 ', un nouveau canapé, des chaises et un système de station d'accueil stéréo iPod. Chaque chambre à coucher avec un lit king size et un canapé-lit queen peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes! Situé sur le magnifique Playacar Spa and Country Club dans la communauté fermée privée de Pakal. Ce condo est à distance de marche (700 mètres) de la célèbre 5ème Avenue et des belles plages de sable blanc des Caraïbes. Nous offrons un service de ménage une fois par semaine, la télévision par câble, Internet wifi et une laveuse / sécheuse. Un service de taxi est disponible en face du condo, ce qui facilite l'accès à la ville. Notre gestionnaire immobilier peut vous aider avec les services de taxi / transport.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils, y compris une cuisinière à gaz, un réfrigérateur, un four micro-ondes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner votre repas préféré! La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes et le salon comprend un nouveau canapé en daim et deux chaises en daim surdimensionnées! Détendez-vous dans notre espace de vie nouvellement meublé après une longue journée au soleil.

Quiet area to relax

Just as described. Clean unit w/ roof patio. Safe location. Bit of a walk if you are looking for the beach vibe.

nice condo in remote location; plumbing issues

The condo was well appointed and clean. The area is remote from the city center and public beaches, creating difficulty with access if you don't have transportation. We had a rented vehicle, but this may not be an option for all guests. Of greater issue was the plumbing problem during the stay; this absolutely needs to be addressed. There was extremely low water pressure in the showers, making it nearly impossible to take a hot shower. While some individuals may be able to get by with low pressure cold showers, this is absolutely a barrier to enjoying a vacation for those with sensory issues and disabilities.

Thank you for your comments. The condo is located in Playacar Phase 2 which is adjacent to Playa del Carmen. It is a 15 minute walk to the city center and the beach. It is not remote as it is located in a prominent and exclusive gated community surrounded by numerous residences and homes as well as the famous Hard Rock Golf Course. Only a 5 minute walk away from the condo there is access to 3 restaurants and a convenience store. Regarding the hot water the property manager had attended to you first thing in the morning after you mentioned there was no hot water. When the manager arrived the water was very hot. As per her suggestion, the instant water heater can take 20 minutes to heat up again if all the hot water was used. Unfortunately, it was never brought to our attention that you had low pressure or it would have also been attended to immediately. We will be sure to check it! Thanks

Great stay

The apartment is great, very spacious, comfortable, stylish. Check in was a bit confusing, as there are two units in this building falling under the same description. There are two pools, your apartment entrance is by the rectangle pool, not round. swimming pool was really nice feature as well as rooftop terrace. Two bedrooms have king bed each, plus sofa bed in living room. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Our family of 6 was comfortable. It is a bit further from the beach than I thought: you can’t shortcut through the golf course. Still nice neighborhood, Oxxo and several cafes in 2 minute walk. Manager was very responsive and helped us several times. I wish they give us an automatic gate opener for the car, so we don’t wait in line to enter Playacar, as we did with just bracelets. Overall really great place for the reasonable price.

Tropical Garden

The property is in a great neighborhood within walking access of the beach, restaurants and stores. The condo is spacious and private with a shared swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden. It felt like a home away from home.

Great condo

This was a perfect rental for us! It was even more spacious than the pictures show, The pool was super close to our apartment, it was close to a great convenience store, French bakery, Argentinian place with great empanadas and an Italian Pizzeria. You can walk into town in a bout 20 min. or take a very short taxi ride. The only thing, which is not a negative, is that I didn't realize the private deck that is shown in the pictures is a roof top deck that you access from a stairway outside the apartment. It is wonderful and we used it a lot, it was just a little surprise. It is very quiet and safe on a dead end street. The BBQ has been updated to a gas grill even though the pics show a charcoal one. Super easy to use. We would definitely stay here again. The cleaners where great too. Definitely take note that you will be climbing lots of stairs, no elevator. Not a problem for us but something to consider when renting.

Beautiful, large condo on the golf course

This is a beautiful, large, comfortable condo on the Playacar golf course. It is a leisurely 25 minute walk to the beach or 5th Avenue. The small pool area is surrounded by trees and the rooftop is large and sunny. The Latin Latitudes vacation rental / property management were great to work with .

Excellent Playacar Condo!

We recently stayed in this beautiful condo for the third time. It is very spacious with all the amenities you could wish for. It is within walking distance of the Playacar beach and also 5th Avenue, and it is located in a particularly quiet and tranquil part of Playacar. We loved the roof terrace with great views over the jungle and golf course; it was very relaxing to spend time watching the parrots and other tropical birds. The condo also has beautiful gardens and a really nice swimming pool. The condo was very clean, well maintained and the property manager Angela was very helpful. We hope to return soon!

Wonderful property with excellent management

This was a **fabulous** condo in a beautiful, quiet gated community! We stayed during the hot season and the A/C in each room kept everyone happy. We traveled with two teenagers who needed separate beds---which was available in this unit in one of the bedrooms. The housekeeping service came one day and did a fabulous job in cleaning the unit. The rooftop overlooked the surrounding grounds and we enjoyed seeing the night sky without bothersome bugs. One pool was right at the foot of the stairs, so you never felt too faraway from the kids if they were in the pool, plus the condo had plenty of towels. The cell phone that came with the condo was very handy. Further, the management was responsive and called for a locksmith when one of the bedroom doors locked and returned the deposit on the room within the promised three days. There is an identically numbered condo in the complex which made the first day of our stay confusing--perhaps a warning that this is the case would have saved us this bit of grief. Overall, we were sorry to leave this beautiful property and hope to be back someday.

Excellent Vacation

We spent 2 weeks at Penthouse Kruse and had a fantastic vacation! Erin and Dante were very helpful! We had a problem with the BBQ and Erin and Dante fixed it right away! The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. So close to 5th Ave! We walked and took bicycles! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! The housekeepers came twice during our stay and did a great job! We loved the roof top and spent most evenings enjoying the warm weather! Thanks for a great time!
