The Space:
Conveniently located to downtown Port Orford, Battle Rock Beach, and surrounding coastal attractions. Spacious and updated ground-floor unit offering comfortable and private accommodations. This private unit is part of our Port Orford Duplex Collection, offering updated furnishings and amenities throughout. Fully furnished, WIFI, full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, and FREE parking; dog friendly with additional Pet Fee.
Fully set up kitchen to make cooking enjoyable and simple. Full size appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster to create efficiency. Dishes, utensils and basic cookware included for your convenience.
Dining area features dining table with seating for up to (8). Great for large meals or a great space for game night!
The living area includes a sofa that pulls out full-size bed for additional (2) guests, two additional cozy chairs, and a large Smart TV—perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Curl up on the comfy sofa with a blanket and a book or catch up on your favorite shows.
The first bedroom features a King size bed, quality linens, bedside tables with lighting, and a large closet space for storing guests’ personal items. There is a comfortable chair for reading a book. Plenty of windows offer light but can be closed for privacy with blinds.
The second bedroom features two Queen size beds, with memory foam mattresses, nightstands and lamps, making it ideal for families or additional guests. Quality linens are provided, and the closest offers ample space for a larger group. There is a desk area and chair with a lamp creating a comfortable space for working from home. Bring in the coastal air by opening the windows, or close the blinds for privacy.
The spacious bathroom includes a bathroom/shower combo, large vanity, and high-quality towels and linens, along with complimentary essentials like shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and a fabric steamer.
Full-size high efficiency washer and dryer provided in the unit.
There is private patio outside the living area door with a gas firepit and Adirondack chairs. Plenty of trees behind the property create a natural setting for enjoying time by the fire.
There is free street parking available as well as designated parking space directly in front of the entrance.
We do allow up to (2) pre-approved dogs with an additional pet fee of $50 per dog. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. Be sure to let us know that you plan on bringing a pet and to read and understand our Pet Policy before booking with a pet.
Pack and Play is available onsite. Please let us know if you would like us to set up the Pack and Play for you.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their entire private duplex and patio. The upstairs unit is rented separately and has its own private entrance.

Port Orford is a small, walkable coastal town, and many local shops, restaurants, and attractions are just a short drive from the property. While some areas of downtown can be explored on foot, a vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding beaches, scenic viewpoints, and state parks along the Southern Oregon Coast.
Highway 101 runs through Port Orford and provides easy access to nearby destinations including Cape Blanco, Humbug Mountain State Park, and the surrounding coastal
communities. Scenic drives along the highway offer breathtaking ocean views, rugged cliffs, and opportunities to stop at overlooks and beach access points.
Parking is easy and readily available in Port Orford, and guests will appreciate the convenience of free parking at the property. Whether you are heading out for a day of beachcombing, hiking, fishing, or exploring local art galleries and coastal towns, getting around is simple and stress-free.
Getting Around:
This property is located close to downtown Port Orford, one of the most charming and scenic towns on the Southern Oregon Coast. Port Orford is known for its small-town coastal feel, working port, dramatic ocean views, and uncrowded beaches. From this location, guests can easily explore local shops, restaurants, and galleries, as well as enjoy quick access to some of the most beautiful natural areas in the region.
Battle Rock Beach and Battle Rock City Park are just minutes away and offer beach access, tidepools, picnic areas, and incredible ocean views. Port Orford Heads State Park features scenic walking trails, historic viewpoints, and overlooks where you can often spot whales, seabirds, and stunning sunsets. The Port of Port Orford is the oldest continually operating port on the Pacific Coast and is a great place to watch fishing boats, enjoy fresh seafood, or take in the coastal atmosphere.
Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Cape Blanco State Park, home to the westernmost point in Oregon, miles of beaches, hiking trails, and the historic Cape Blanco Lighthouse. Humbug Mountain State Park is also close by and offers hiking, beach access, and forested trails with breathtaking coastal scenery. The surrounding area is ideal for fishing, hiking, beachcombing, photography, and wildlife viewing.

We are happy to share our vacation home with others and hope that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We also appreciate when guests treat it like they would their own! There is a complete list of instructions at the home including WI-Fi passwords and check out details.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are
allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in
additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ An additional Housekeeping fee is required on all stays over 14 nights.

is by 11:00AM.

We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home! We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies. There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, as per my listing details. We will go ahead and request the fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed. Please accept ASAP to confirm authorization.
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable.

We do not live on site but are readily available via text, phone or email. We also have a local property manager available for emergencies.

Check-in was very easy – as instructions are very detailed. Quiet area, great location within walking distance to area shops. Also, communication with the host was easy.

Question asked (3) times on what the additional fee was for exactly (how much for pets since it wasn't advertised. Addt'l for children?) - never answered.
Terrible mold/mildew smell.
Back door is tricky to lock.
Bath door gets stuck.
Bath vanity tilted out of the wall.
Kitchen window has no shade.
Every surface is hard to sit or sleep on. The dining chairs were the softest seat in the place.
Ants everywhere. Big carpenter ants crawling on the walls and ceiling.
Tons of dust bunnies under beds & dead ants all over in double room.
Dishwasher was moldy, old food in drain screen, random piece just hangin' out on bottom rack.
Old food swept out from beside stove.
Eggs left in the fridge. Fridge not cleaned.
Microwave had food pieces left in it.
Disposal didn't work.
Cooking utensil still had food stuck to it.
Dead bugs in the bathtub. Stained tub. Shower head was little more than a misting spigot coming out of the wall.
Primary bed night stands super unstable.
CO2 detector is a terrible place for pets and kids.
Every bowl put into the microwave too hot to handle once done.
Found the 'dog' basket on the top of the laundry room cabinets. Had a blanket, bowl and poop bags.
The 'compliments' of the host basket in the kitchen had 2 bags of popcorn, 2 bags of oatmeal, and a lid for a to-go coffee cup.
Mud room hooks not anchored well, 1 fell out. Stove dirty & drip pans charred.
W&D super convenient. Really good Wifi.
