If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering, all guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
âąUnplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.
âąNo Shoes inside the property.
âąNo Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty)
*Note: Our Minut Smart Home Sensor also has the capability of detecting smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping pens.
âąNo parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
âąCheck-in time is 4pm - 11pm
âąNo Extra/ Overnight Guests ($50 per extra guest per night)

Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors. Your privacy is protected.
âąThe installed cameras located around the exterior of the property and in the car port area are for security purposes only and a $1,000.00 dollar fee will be charged to guests if anyone in the party tampers with the internet/cable or security system.
