Steam rises off the hot tub as mountain air turns crisp and string lights glow along your private deck. Inside, the arcade cabinet blinks awake for one more round while a stone fireplace crackles under vaulted wood ceilings. This cabin was built for exactly this: five minutes from Dollywood, one mile from the Parkway, zero winding mountain roads — just flat parking, two steps in, and your dog curled up beside you
ABOUT THIS SPACE
Step through the private entrance and the `wow` hits immediately — soaring vaulted wood ceilings, a spiral staircase, and a chandelier over an open great room built for a crowd. This is a brand-new build in a fresh Pigeon Forge cabin community: crisp modern-rustic decor, not a scuff on the floors.
The main living room centers on a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a mounted TV and deep leather seating — where the group ends up every night. A live-edge coffee table flows straight into the kitchen. A sun-filled sitting area with its own fireplace sits just off the laundry — a quiet overflow spot for an early riser or a napping kid.
The kitchen is fully equipped: full-size fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A live-edge dining table plus high-top bar stools give two ways to gather, and the kitchen island suits a fast breakfast.
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8. The King Suite is a primary retreat with plush bedding, room-darkening shades, and its own bath. The Queen Suite offers the same quiet comfort. The third bedroom is where kids will beg to sleep: four twin beds dorm-style, with a stand-up arcade next to the bunks. Two full baths and a half bath keep mornings moving.
Out back, the covered deck holds the private bubbling hot tub — string lights on, mountain air cooling after Dollywood. A basket of board and card games waits for a rainy afternoon, a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent means you can pack light, and a workspace with wifi handles the one work email you can`t skip.

Multi-generational Dollywood families — grandparents in the King Suite, parents in the Queen, kids racing for the bunk room and its arcade cabinet, everyone five minutes from park gates.
Groups of friends chasing a hot-tub-and-game-night trip — soak under the stars, then move inside for board games and one more arcade round before bed.
Pet owners who don`t want to leave the dog behind. Flat parking and a private entrance make this a low-stress stay for a pet that likes to stretch its legs.
Parents with young kids who need the bunk room`s built-in entertainment and a second living area once the little ones are down.
Remote workers extending a mountain trip who need real wifi by day and a fireplace-and-hot-tub reset by night.
This cabin is in a new neighborhood and a few of the cabins are still being built. You may hear construction noise during week days, but it gets very quiet at night and on weekends. Construction is supposed to be completed around the end of 2026.
