Located only minutes from Dollywood, downtown Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, it is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and mountain charm.

Main Level -
• Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2: Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, quality linens, Roku TV, and closet. Both rooms are conveniently located near the main-level bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer single-level living.
• Bathroom: A full bathroom with tub/shower combination, fresh towels, and essential toiletries.
• Living Room: A welcoming space with a gas fireplace, Roku TV, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a fourth sleeping area. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
• Dining Area: Located between the kitchen and living room, offering easy flow for meals and gatherings.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a standard refrigerator, electric oven and stove, microwave, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, and utensils are well stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners.
• Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use.

Upper Level – Master Suite -
• Private Loft-Style Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, Roku TV, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub.

Things to Note -
Like many mountain cabins, our cabin has a somewhat steep driveway as it comes off the road. Most standard vehicles have no issue, but lowered or low-clearance cars may scrape, so please use caution when entering and exiting. When pulling out of the driveway, the view is partially obstructed due to the curve in the road; a safety mirror is installed to help with visibility.
Additionally, the home uses well water, which is common in the area and naturally hard. We’ve installed a whole-house filtration system to improve water quality, but guests may still notice typical hard-water characteristics.

The Area
Safe Haven is perfectly located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, offering the best of the Smoky Mountains with quick access to top attractions. You’ll enjoy a peaceful cabin setting while being just minutes from everything that makes this area so popular.

In about 5 minutes, you can reach Downtown Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and The Island, one of the area’s most popular entertainment districts with shopping, restaurants, seasonal events, and the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel. Grocery stores, convenience shops, and everyday essentials are also close by, making it easy to settle in quickly.

A short 15-minute drive takes you to Gatlinburg, a charming mountain town filled with local shops, dining, and attractions. Gatlinburg is also the main entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GSMNP), where you’ll find miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, scenic drives, wildlife viewing, and endless outdoor adventures.

The surrounding area offers something for everyone—theme parks, live shows, mini golf, go-karts, museums, and family-friendly attractions throughout Pigeon Forge, along with incredible outdoor recreation in the Smokies.
