Yes, you have full private access to the entire 2,700-square-foot basement retreat. While there are residents living in the separate unit above, your space is isolated with its own dedicated entrance for total privacy. We simply ask that guests observe Quiet Hours from 9 PM to 8 AM out of respect for the neighbors.



How do I access the unit?

This is a basement level home with a private entrance accessed by descending 7 steps. We like to mention this for guests with mobility concerns to ensure a smooth arrival.



What is the "No Chore Checkout" exactly?

It means your vacation ends on a high note! We don't ask you to do laundry, strip beds, or perform typical cleaning chores. Just lock up and drive safe.



Is there air conditioning?

While the home does not have air conditioning, the space stays naturally cool and comfortable even during the day because it is a basement unit. The home is fully equipped with heating to ensure you stay cozy during the cooler mountain nights.
