Experience a peaceful getaway in the heart of Colorado Springs. This spacious single-level home sits on 2.5 acres and features stunning views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods. Minutes from I-25, the Air Force Academy, shopping, multiple parks, and much more. Fully updated with stunning hardwood floors and stain-grade trim and doors throughout. Sleeps up to 7 people. Feels like a vacation resort in the heart of Colorado Springs with lots of amenities to keep you comfortable during your stay.

The Home
Bring the family! This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a Select Comfort king bed and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is great for kids, with seperated floor level bunk bed for 2. The third bedroom offers a comfy queen-sized bed. A seventh guest is able to sleep on the couch in the living room, if needed.

The two-sided fireplace connects the living room and family room / kitchen area, making a great space for families to share special moments together.

Sit outside and enjoy some of the most amazing views of Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods while you sip your morning coffee!

Guest access
Guests will access the home through the door on the North side of the building via a code for the digital keypad (this is sent to the guest 2 days prior to check in).

Other things to note:
The owner maintains partial occupancy in a portion of the home with a separate entrance. You will not have access to this area and all adjoining doors will remain locked. You may encounter the owner out doors coming and going from the suite entrance located on the southeastern portion of the home. However, the owner will never be in your rental area during your stay. Feel free to say hello or whatever makes you most comfortable.

THERE IS NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE. If there is any smoke smell in the house upon departure, a $250 charge will be strictly enforced.
Any undisclosed guests over 7 people will result in a $100 per person per night fine. The extra guests will also have to leave the property.
A $60 per hour fee will be assessed if you do not check out prior to the scheduled check out time. We rarely approve late check outs.

Fabulous find with comfortable accommodations and easy access to area activities. The ample lots in the neighborhood had a country feel which also created a serene setting. We enjoyed drinks outdoors with Mountain View’s and dinners in the quite backyard courtyard. A large dining room was also inviting for meals and games.The accommodations were incredibly spacious,providing more than enough room for our group to relax and unwind. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the open-concept living area made it easy for everyone to gather comfortably. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a stress-free stay.Wish we could have stayed longer.

Colorado Springs House with a View

This house has one of the best views of Pikes Peak along with being able to also see Garden of the Gods. Whenever I come to Colorado Springs I look for a house with this type of view and hope to make a return visit soon.

Nice stay!

This property was a great home base for many activities in Colorado Springs. Sunrise and sunset with Mountain Views were awesome. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. The owners had many extras for travelers which was very nice for a family traveling. My only suggestion would be to think about improving the comfort of the queen bed. I think it would work better for younger kids.

Great for a family trip

My wife, son, daughter in and two grands (7 and 8) visited for a 5 days 4 nights. We loved the spacious area for the house and the wildlife. The last morning a doe and spotted fawn came and pressed their noses against the back patio glass. My wife the kids loved it. For a first time to the mountains visit for the grands, the views were great. The house was definitely comfortable and accommodating. Everything worked well. Arrivals and departures were simple, with good instructions. We would stay there again.

All the amenities a "luxury" place should have. Tim was quick to respond even though not on location. Very comfortable and beautiful views. Clean and especially LOVED all the labeling of items throughout the house-no needing to guess what switch does what etc (-:. Very organized! Another perk was the option to use the HOT/COLD spiggot outside -as we were filthy upon return from an obstacle course race. We so appreciated having that feature so we didn't have to track things through the house to clean up...and that it was WARM water to rinse off in. Great Place!!

Great Location, but I was not able to enjoy it.

I was not able to stay in this property, because of some confusion during the check in process. The message I got with the check-in process was blank, VRBO & myself got tried to call the host but it did not ring and went directly to voicemail. Finally around 8:45 PM I got instructions to check in, but by that time I had to find a hotel for my family.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This house is amazing! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner thought of all the little details to make it perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath shower was great. The view is amazing! I would highly recommend this house!
