LOT 76 at Grand Riviera RV Resort is a HUGE paved, level RV Pad with full hookups. Bring your own RV. The fully concrete site measures 18 by 70 ft, big enough for even the biggest of rigs, and is conveniently located across from the main clubhouse in Grand Riviera RV Resort. The Resort offers 3 outdoor pools, the one at the main clubhouse is heated!! 2 coin-operated laundry rooms, a kids play ground, a dog park, 3 outdoor pickleball courts, 3 clubhouses with outdoor gathering spaces.

Right outside the entrance is Creekside Family Fun Center, which offers mini-golf, an arcade, batting cages and electric go-karts (I can't believe how quiet these are!!)

Directly across the street is the Foley Farmer's market for fresh food of any variety you can think, from baked goods and chips to meat and eggs. Plus local craft vendors for your very own keepsakes.

Staying for the weekend for soccer or lacrosse tournaments? The resort is perfectly situated across from Foley Sports Tourism Complex, making it easy to come back to rest between games, grab some lunch or take a quick swim in the pool.

It is also across from OWA, which hosts seasonal events like Arts & Crafts fairs, holiday activities, Mardi Gras Parade, Hot Air Ballon Festival, car shows and more. Walkable streets with restaurants, shopping, indoor pickleball, and an indoor waterpark!

Grand Riviera is conveniently located close to all Foley has to offer, from their adorable town square with restaurants, boutiques and antiques to outlet shopping. It's only 20 minutes to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, passing the Wharf on the way. The Wharf offers entertainment from concerts to movies with shopping and more restaurants on site.

After enjoying a day on the sports fields, the beaches, shopping and eating, come back and relax. Take a dip in the pool, shower in one of the 3 bathhouses. Sit by the fire*, watch the beautiful sunsets, talk to the neighbors as they walk by. Go for a morning walk and an evening golf-cart** ride on the fully paved roads.
*Bring your own fire pits. Fires must be contained and follow local fire weather warnings. Ground fires are prohibited.
**Golf carts must only be operated by licensed drivers. NO underage kids driving.


PARK RULES:

RV must be at least 22 ft in length and 15 years or newer. Only Class A, B, C, Super C, 5th Wheel and travel trailers are permitted. Only 1 camping unit per site. No Pop-Ups or tents.

Limit of two pets per RV. Pit-bulls, Rottweilers, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman Pinscher, Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Dogs, Wolf and Wolf hybrids, Mastiff and German Shepherd are prohibited in the resort. Dogs/Cats Must be kept on leash at ALL times.

Pets are NOT allowed in buildings or pool areas. You MUST pick up after your pet at all times, even in the dog park. Please restrain your dog from using other RV sites for their business. Any fines (up to $250) that may be incurred because you don't follow these rules will be passed on to you, plus an additional 10% fee for our inconvenience. Nuisance animals can lead to you being asked to leave the park. NO REFUND will be given.
