Fabulous Foley near the beach, ball fields, & OWA

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit is located in Park Avenue Condominium Complex. Parking is right near your door and there is no parking fee required. It is a low density, well maintained, quiet and relaxing complex. There is a large pool with a kiddie pool, gazebos and restrooms located right across the parking lot from this unit. Beyond the pool is a large lawn with grill and gazebo. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils that you will require to prepare a home cooked meal as well as a pantry. A large laundry with full sized washer and dryer is next to the kitchen. The dining area with table and chairs for 6 leads to the living area which has a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and a ceiling fan. A screened patio with table and chairs for 4 offers a view of the pool entrance. The master bedroom has a king bed and a ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have walk in closets, flat screen TV and ceiling fans. The spacious bathrooms have tile flooring and cultured marble vanities.

In the immediate vicinity of this complex are several amenities: Foley Sportsplex, OWA Amusement Park and Tropical Water Park, Tanger Outlet Mall, Gulf Bowl, Foley Railroad Museum, Golf Courses and too many restaurants to name. The beach and Gulf Shores Sportsplex are less than 15 miles away.

This is a very convenient place to stay whether you are coming for Sports Tournaments or just want a less expensive option for the Beach. Either way you will enjoy this unit for its convenient location

Very clean a well appointed and perfect location to the soccer complex, which is why we were there. Perfect proximity to all the restaurants and shopping. The pool at the complex is very nice as well. Seamless check in and checkout process. Thank you!

We came down to Foley for a wedding and stayed here for a couple of nights. Since the visit was busy and quick, we didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities (like the pool) but the beds were comfy and the showers were hot! Location is absolutely perfect - within minutes to Walmart and Publix. There was a humidifier in the unit that needed to be emptied daily so just an FYI for those who aren’t familiar with the Gulf humidity. Great property, great location, no complaints!

Our host Jason was great. The home was centrally located for everyplace we wanted to go to. The home was very clean and well maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our pre Christmas getaway. Thank you again Jason and hopefully when we visit the Foley area again we can stay with you. Great stay

Condo was exactly as described. It is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. It was nice being 5-10mins from restaurants and shopping. Although we were only there long enough to sleep, the condo is stocked with almost everything you need. Would definitely book again!

Great Place

Overall a great place to stay. The beds were really comfortable and the condo was clean. The only down fall was the hot water did not last at all. One shower got about 5 minutes of hot water, and the hot water had not been running prior to this shower. Would consider booking again.

Out of the way but close to everything

Condo met our needs to be able to relax, have space, and eat in. Getting to wash my daughter's uniforms between game was a bonus! It is like being behind the scenes as it is just off the main area of activities in Foley. We can easily get to either end of the sports complex, right by Walmart and Publix, and not far from the outlets.

We were looking for a more handicapped . there were no grab bars and the toilet was very low. The carpets were very dirty. The coffee pot was rusted so it was not useable.The area was very nice and quite.

The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 6. The property was quiet and well maintained and the pool was very nice. Everything you would need was close by; Tropic Falls waterpark, shopping, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Orange Beach was a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic which was not a problem for us. The check in process was a breeze and the property owners were easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this property. The only ‘minor inconvenience’ we had was the tenants above us having heavy feet but that comes with having a bottom floor condo. I would book this space again, no doubt!

Everything about this stay was amazing. Our host, Milton, made sure everything was handled. The condo was clean and looked beautiful. He always responded in a reasonable timeframe, which was instantly. The property is also located right behind Walmart and soooo many other great places to shop and eat. 8 minutes from OWA Tropic Falls, which was also a great time. I would recommend this property over and over again. 10/10.
