Great little house - 2 bdrms with lots of common space. Looked very dog friendly although we didn’t bring any pets. Perfectly located just outside the super busy part of downtown Estes.

Wonderful stay! Loved the house and location. Just keep in mind there is no AC so it was a little toasty during the 90 degree weather.

Really great property. We were there in September which is a perfect time with the elk rut. We saw them just outside the property. The property is well maintained and well stocked. It seems like the owner actually stays there because it had everything you needed to be comfortable. One reason we selected this property was because of our puppy and it was an excellent choice. The fenced in patio area was a great way to let him out. We walked down to the lake and it was so easy to get to the dog park and to town. They provide dog bowls, treats, and even some toys. This is a great place if you are traveling with your 4 legged family member. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to cook. I loved that the ice machine worked on the refrigerator. There is no AC - but that was fine for our trip. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Really nice place. It was clean and easy to move into for our 5 night stay. The staff at Vacasa kept us informed and were courteous.

We had a great time staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. The townhome is right near the trail around Lake Estes and is an easy 1 mile walk to town and several coffee shops. The home itself is well equipped and pet friendly. It was snowing while we were there and the townhome allows parking in its two-car garage. We hope to visit again next year.
