Very clean, gorgeous view with spacious lanai. Cooler, 2 beach chairs, boogie board were nice to have. Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Central island location was convenient to either side of the island. Great restaurants within 10 minutes: NAISLA, BV BAR, BOBBY V'S, LAVA LAVA BEACH CLUB to name a few favs. A paved walking path just a short stroll across the lawn or a beach path down to a great stretch (2-3 mi?) of easy walk beach (good sea glass too!). Perfect place for sunrise those first few days on island.

This was the perfect location, right in the middle so going north or south was only a short drive. Plus only 12mins to the airport which was nice since we arrived late. We also wanted to add another day and they helped make that happen smoothly. This complex was clean and all the people staying there were friendly and quiet, well except the roosters but it’s like that all over the island. The view from this condo was worth the price with a beautiful beach right beyond the grass to walk in the mornings. It’s not a swimming beach but there is one within walking distance to the north. This was stocked with everything we needed, even laundry detergent and a basket of treats. We loved the two bathrooms and even though it didn’t have ac, the cross winds and fans kept it comfortable all day and night. One week here was not enough, would definitely rent again!

We loved our stay. The place was clean and very well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the view and being able to hear the ocean. It was in a quiet area. We loved being able to walk along the path by the ocean. We would definitely stay here again. It was easy to find and check-in was a breeze.
