If there is a party or event of any kind and a noise complaint is received, you will be charged $1,000 and asked to leave without a refund of any kind. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and residents. Thank you for respecting our space and neighbors!
You will be charged for any additional guests not on the reservation. Example: If you make a reservation for two guests, and more than two guests show up, you will be charged $100.00 per guest/per night.
NO SMOKING: This is a smoke-free apartment complex. There is no smoking OF ANY KIND allowed inside the apartment, balcony, or in the community in the common areas. You must go to the street at least 25 feet away from any building to smoke, no exceptions. VIOLATION OF THE NON-SMOKING RULE OF ANY KIND IN THE UNIT OR BALCONY WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE $1,000 CHARGE FOR O-ZONE CLEANING.
PETS: Please make sure you add them to the reservation as we do charge an additional $125 flat fee for your pet. Please carry bags and pick up after them including if they cause any accidents. If there is any damage from your pet you will be charged accordingly. Please DO NOT try and sneak your pet in or you will be charged a $300.00 fee. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS DUE TO THE ALLERGY CONCERNS OF FUTURE GUESTS.
QUIET TIME: Please respect local laws and ordinances during your stay including quiet time from 10 pm - 8 am. Please be courteous to your neighbors below you and the shared walls.
Key Fob, Parking Sensor, and Parking Pass will be provided at time of checkin. These item are very expensive to replace. If you lose them or forget to return them at checkout you will be charged per item.
Mail: We do not allow regular mail, no exceptions. Amazon and food deliveries are acceptable.
Parking: One parking spot is available per reservation. Please let us know if there will be more than one car and we will do our best to accommodate guest parking.
Guest Capacity: The apartment`s max capacity is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit and please add everyone to your reservation before booking.
Toiletries: We provide enough toiletries to start your trip for a few days. Anything beyond that is considered an extended stay and will need to be purchased on your own.
