The house is clean and kitchen is well stocked. Great location. When I come back to the area again I hope the house is available for me to rent again.

Clean, comfy, situated within walking distance of great amenities. Host was very responsive, when I sent an email they responded immediately. Checking in was very smooth.

Really nice house for our family visit to the Raleigh/ Durham /chapel hill area. Nice safe location with places to walk your dog and the backyard had a nice fire pit that we used. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area again. Good restaurants nearby and a nice park as well. Easy commute to the 3 cities.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Check-in was seamless and the host was so responsive and thoughtful. We truly felt comfortable the entire time and would absolutely stay here again! Cody was a great host

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very clean and well stocked upon arrival. Cody was even kind enough to provide us a bottle of Rose! The location was perfect for our activities in Raleigh and Durham. Overall a great experience!

Nice older home in Cary. Busy area but people are friendly. Really close to downtown. Needs some work as is older home and you can see the owner is in process of updating and has updated parts of home already.

Cary is family friendly and we could walk downtown from the property. The house had nice lamp as well as overhead lighting. The Corelleware and ash trays evoked memories of my grandmother's house. We did not use the fire pit, but did use local restaurants and bike trails. Great area!

The house was very clean. Many nice touches made it especially welcoming, including toiletries, nice coffeemaker with reusable filter and ground coffee, a pack of playing cards and a backyard firepit with wood in a covered plastic bin! The information notebook had some useful info including restaurants and things to do. The couch was quite worn but there were several throw blankets to cover it.

This little cottage was perfect for the 3 of us! Very clean, not overly decorated which we love and updated nicely. We will definitely stay here again!
