We had a wonderful stay! Ron and Carol were great hosts-checking in to make sure all was well and were so kind and great to communicate with. Their home is in a quiet neighborhood on a pretty canal. The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and the beds were comfy. Our family enjoyed the heated pool immensely. We would love to return to this lovely and well maintained home. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

Great location for the stay. We were able to utilize the space for a meeting spot for our family gathering during the holiday. Some minor hiccups in the beginning which were resolved promptly. Overall great place to stay.

Cape Coral pleasure.

Easy check in, well equipped clean home from the kitchen to the heated pool. This place lacks nothing. Owners responded promptly when contacted which only happened a couple times. Much thanks to Carol & Ron!!

Very nice house - we will be back!

We had a great stay at this home. It was very clean and well taken care of. Ron and Carol are easy to work with and the entire stay was just pleasant. The pool is nice and the patio very private. We will definitely be back!

Cape Coral winter retreat

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and welcoming. The location was very convenient to shopping and dining. We very much enjoyed the wildlife in and around the canal and the burrowing owls across from the property. We hope to return next year!

Relaxing spring break with the family

Owners of the property were amazing to work with! Easy to know expectations and look forward to possible stay in future! Our daughter lived in the pool and everything needed is nearby at this place! Highly recommended to others in future as spacious and relaxing!

Very Nice Home for a Getaway

This home is a very nice 3 bedroom home for 2 couples for a getaway. The home is very clean in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had with the neighborhood was a night when my wife and I went for a walk and, if it wasn't for the owner of the dog, we would have been attacked by a massive Bull Mastiff. Otherwise, the area is quiet, off the main road and easy to get to anywhere in the area. The home itself is very comfortable and is laid out perfectly for 2 couples to vacation in because the master is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. So there is plenty of privacay and access to the backyard pool. The only, very minor issue we had with the house is that it is only a 2 bathroom house and it would have been nice to have a 1/2 bath just to be able to use instead of having to go into the bedrooms to use the restroom. Again, very minor issue. The pool and backyard lanai area are very nice, used it extensively and also used the backyard grill often, which is very nice to have!!!

Perfect Vacation.....Tranquil Setting.....

We enjoyed our 2 months at this House immensely. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool and Lanai is great to sit by and have dinner. We also had Cocktails out by the Canal almost every evening. Neighborhood is very quiet and we slept like Logs every night. We especially enjoyed the Canal in the Backyard that was full of Fish and Wildlife. We saw Otters, Turtles and many bird species including Herons, Parrots, Ibis, Egrets and the Snake Bird. I am a Fly fisherman and caught many Blue Tilapia and Grass Carp in the Canal. Also, across from the house is a Vacant Lot that is a nesting place for Burrowing Owls. They are rather tame and you can get within 30 feet of them. We watched them everyday. We were 5 miles from the Edison Museum in Ft. Myers. We also went to the Jersey Boys Play in Ft. Myers which was only 10 miles away. I also fished Pine Island which is about 10 miles away for Saltwater Fish. It is very close to shopping like Target for Groceries. All and all a great Vacation!

Christmas in Cape Coral

The house was great and my family enjoyed spending Christmas there. We arrived on a Monday and the pool was very dirty. I was told the pool company was being contacted immediately, but no one showed up until Friday and by then the cold weather arrived and we weren’t able to use the pool. There was a load of towels left in the washer from the previous renter or PM and they were there so long they dried as hard as a rock. The internet kept going out and there were no instructions regarding this so I had to wait a day to reach the owner. I rent vacation homes often and there’s always a book about the house with instructions, local attractions and menus, what to do upon arrival and departure. This wasn’t available. Just little hand written notes all over the house taped to the walls. It’s easier and more user friendly if it’s all in one place. Overall, we had a great time. Happy Holidays!

Hi Samantha - Hurricane Ian blew out several screens in our lanai, and we have been waiting for them to be repaired. We were told they would be done before Thanksgiving, but unfortunately, we have been given several excuses for them not being repaired from the screen company. The latest being the week that you were there, was too cold to install since the spline would not hold tight. I was told by the property manager that the pool water was clean and clear, but that yes, there were leaves on the bottom of the pool. There is a pool net in the lanai. I don't expect our guests to clean the pool, of course and I had contacted the pool company to please bring a vacuum to remove the leaves from the bottom. I am guessing because it was a holiday week, they were short staffed, like so many. Also, people are backlogged due to the hurricane and their own situations. I am truly sorry, that you felt the pool could not be used. You had asked if you could turn the pool heater up, and we responded yes, and gave you instructions, so we assumed you were using the pool. When you emailed about the internet being out, I explained that the electricity does cut in and out, and instructed you to reset the GFI switch and the location of it. There is a notebook with instructions, information, locations to visit and restaurants in the kitchen drawer. I believe there is a note on the refrigerator stating where it is located. I don't understand how the towels would be hard as a rock after laundering and being left in the dryer. I will ask my property manager how that happened. We live in Maine and our dryer is in the basement, so that definitely can happen here, especially in the cold winter time! I am truly sorry that there were some issues, but am glad that you were able to enjoy your stay, in spite of issues. Carol

Winter paradise!

Such a beautiful & spacious home. Spectacular lanai (where we spent most of our time) and pool with a nice view of the canal. We enjoyed our coffee each morning outside listening to and watching the various birds. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any type of meal. Carol & Ron were quick to respond to any questions we had. Quiet neighborhood.. We enjoyed riding our bikes to "sight see" in the different neighborhoods We of course saw several burrowing owls and even a large turtle attempting to dig into a sand pile at one of the new home construction sights. We hope to return again next winter!

Wonderful vacation place.

The 4 of us enjoyed a wonderful relaxing ten days at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday. Had no contact with the manager, but the owners are great. We can't wait to go back.

Holiday in Cape Coral

Had a great time and plenty of room here! The only issues were the washing machine smells very strongly like mildew and the living area couch was painfully uncomfortable. We'd definitely stay here again for this price!

wonderful place!

My family and I had a GREAT time and absolutely loved the place! It was everything we wanted. Had a small issue with internet, tried contacting the property manager but he never returned my call (except for the last day to remind us when check out time was) but after contacting Ron and Carol it was quick and easy fix. They are such wonderful people and they have such a wonderful house. Only thing i wish is that it wasn't booked right after we were scheduled to leave cause we would have loved a few extra days =D

Beautiful Place!!

The house was great! It was located in a nice location near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We loved the pool and being able to walk down and sit on the dock everyday. And the beaches weren’t too far away either. We loved seeing the owls across the street as well. The homeowners even checked up on us during our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything.

Winter Escape

This house was in a great location to shopping, restaurants, and was easy to get to surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our winter at the property and would return. Owners were responsive to the few issues that arose. Beautiful view of the pool and canal.

Good property, Bad timing

The house was clean, comfortable, spacious and generally very nice. We were planning to be at this home for the entire month of March. The weather was quite warm, setting several records for high temperatures, which led to the house becoming very warm inside. Once we figured the key to properly adjusting the humidity, which is not something we are accustomed to doing, the inside temperature was maintained at a comfortable level. Nice pool, covered lanai and pool, gas grill and view of the canal. Unfortunately, we had to cut our visit short due to the onset of the covid-19 pandemic. 1st week and a half we enjoyed the local restaurants, several attractions but things became less enjoyable when restaurants closed and attractions closed voluntarily.

A great month in Florida!

Beautiful property. Very well maintained. Loved the pool guy who took time to talk and give us some suggestions on what to see locally. Very good location. Close to shopping. Above all, the owners were great! They treated us like friends. Checked up on us just after we arrived to make sure everything was okay and returned our calls when we had questions. Beautifully maintained villa in a super location

We stayed here in July 2017 and had a wonderful time. The villa is extremely well maintained, both inside and out and spotlessly clean. The are some lovely touches which show the extra effort the owners have gone to, compared to some of the other villas we have stayed in. The owners were very easy to deal with and spent time giving us plenty of ideas for local places to visit and eat. There is a good variety of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. Our children enjoyed the outdoor TV while swimming in the pool - and we enjoyed it even more whilst having a glass of wine on the lanai in the evening! It was lovely to go to the canal out the back to see the boats, fish and sea turtles. We would love to stay here again when we visit the area.
