Perfect for two couples wanting to explore Vienna. Great view, we’ll appointed, easy tram ride to historic sights…we had a wonderful stay.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay when visiting Vienna. Gorgeous view across the city to the north, east and west, which afforded stunning sunsets. Well appointed kitchen, the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on, a glassed-in balcony and sauna, and plenty of space to spread out and store clothes. Right next to a tram station which made visiting the inner city a breeze. A very special place all around.

Fantastic rental

This was an absolutely amazing rental. Excellent communication from the owner. The location is perfect…easy access to the train. The condo is beautiful with incredible views. We would definitely stay here again. Do yourself a favor and book this rental.

Vienna trip

We had a wonderful stay in Vienna! The property is spacious, clean and in a great location with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, including a sauna! Would definitely recommend this location.

Spectacular views, great apartment, great location!

The apartment is spacious and modern, with every convenience. Host is extremely responsive. Easy access to all the city’s attractions, as there is a main U-Bahn station directly across the street. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this apartment! Dr. Wilfried was incredible; great communication and so accommodating, which made the whole experience stress-free. The apartment was spotless, and I especially loved the kitchen, it was well-equipped and perfect for cooking. The space was cozy, with thoughtful details throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family

The place was awesome. along with host .The property was furnished with everything you needed and more. Transportation is right across the street to get around. The host is easy to get a hold of and was kind enough to order up a taxi for us with a pickup time of 3:30 AM the day of our depart.

Perfect accommodation

From start to finish a great experience. Met at the flat by Wilfried who took his time explaining everything. Beers and wine in the fridge. Ultra comfortable and everything we needed. Located near a major travel artery that made getting around Vienna very easy. Highly recommend

Short visit Vienna

Property location was great with brilliant access to trams and trains with intersection just accross the road and five minutes to city centre. Apt was modern and exceptionally stocked with great coffee machine ! Apt tended to be cooler in the evening and then warmed up overnight however you have no control over the thermostatic control. Overall a great stay in good location. Would definately return !!

Perfect apartment.

This is a lovely apartment with amazing views. Great location. Right beside train/tram. Supermarket across the road. A great market and lots of good restaurants . Only negative is the description says 3 bedrooms. Its only 2 bedrooms and 2 pull out beds in the living room.

Superb Luxury Choice

Stunning views across the rooftops and steeples of Venice all the way to the hills beyond the city. The flat is spacious, opulent, clean and well equipped. The host, Dr. S, is responsive and helpful. There were usually some (apparently) homeless persons congregating around the Josefstadter U-bahn station across the street but they did not bother people, and people did not bother them. Between U bahn and streetcar lines quick easy access to all parts of Vienna. Great stay!

Vienna Penthouse Flat

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this SkyFlats apartment and would definitely do it again. The location, though not in the center of the ‘action’ is perfect, because you can jump on a tram or subway across the street from the building to go anywhere in Vienna. And, if you like taking cabs there is a taxi stand at the base of the building. The view from all the rooms is fabulous … we couldn’t recommend the apartment enough. And, the owner, is super responsive from the initial contact to responding to questions once you arrive. Skyflats is 5 stars!

Amazing views of Vienna

We loved our stay in this apartment! It was like staying in a glass treehouse high above the city! The views were amazing! The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was super clean. We loved having the super fancy coffee maker in addition to all the thoughtful extra things provided! The location for us was fantastic. It was very close to the train station and the tram line so getting around the city was a breeze. Thomas had made arrangement for his sister to meet us and let us in and she was a delight! He was a great host and so easy to communicate with! Stay here and you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful Apartment with convenient location

The pictures for this apartment say it all! The apartment is very modern with fabulous views of the city. It has everything from a delonghi fresh coffee maker to a personal sauna! It is well appointed with all you need for your stay. There is a full grocery store within a half block and a metro station right across the street. The metro is so simple to use so no transportation is necessary. I would highly recommend this apartment for small groups, families or even couples. The owner provides fantastic communication and makes the booking seamless. This will be the place I.would stay any time I come to Vienna! Absolutely Perfect!

Excellent Place

Everyone loved their time in Vienna. The view is fantastic, and the apartment has everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The neighborhood is also convenient, as there is a grocery store and public transportation within a short walk. We had a car, and the parking was simple (underground garage) and reasonably priced. Additionally, while our travel to Vienna was riddled with problems. Dr. Seywald provided a lovely welcome. He was flexible, gracious, and helpful. We only wished that the great information provided during his walk-through was fully reflected in his binder (we were exhausted and couldn’t remember all of it!). Overall, great stay and fantastic host. We would recommend to anyone going to Vienna.

Great Expectations

This unit came as advertised and then some. We normally bring along necessities, such as, spices, soap, and other amenities. Actually, the only thing extra that was needed were A/C plug adapters. Wilfried is a great host and assured that all of our needs were met. As for the apartment, it was very open, with plenty of light and an over 180° view of Vienna. Access to the city was easy with two major public transportation lines just across the street. There are plenty of grocers in the area, along with the Brunnenmarkt just around the corner. I highly recommend this apartment and would most likely stay here again in the future.

Convenient, Beautiful and Comfortable!

We stayed here early June. We loved this apartment! It was very spacious, very clean, and extremely modern. There were 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a pullout bed in the living room. All beds were comfortable. There was a ton of closet space. And thankfully an ironing board and iron to help us prepare for a Vienna Opera House event. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped with pots/pans/dishes/glasses etc. It had a large refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Unobstructed window views throughout the entire apartment overlooked the city. The glass-enclosed patio was delightful to enjoy the city views day and night. The location was only a block from a grocery store and the train station, and very near a bus stop. Convenient, beautiful and comfortable!

Wrap Around Views of Vienna!

From the beginning of my questions to the owner, I was very impressed and the unit is so modern and very unique with the glass enclosed bubble … it’s right in the middle between the living room and kitchen… a sliding door open up and then you can open a huge window to the outside…. You’re 10 stories up with a great view. The kitchen has everything you need… the sauna was a bonus. You don’t need a car at all … we figured out the train schedules and walked all over! We were there for five days in June and we said how beautiful it must to be here in the winter too! The owner, Dr Seyfried was wonderful. We arrived very late at night so just took a cab from the airport for about 70 Euros… but on the way back we took a train and one more train right to the airport….so save your money and take the trains.

A high-end modern flat with a stunning view of Vienna

I loved staying with my daughter at SkyFlat #19. The two-bedroom flat is very spacious and comfortable. It is very well maintained. The loggia is an inviting and charming place to relax and the sauna out of this world. The beds are comfortable, and the desks allow for serious work and for writing. The flat is two blocks from the Brunnen Market, an incredible open-air market with about 170 stalls selling delicious Mediterranean food including a wonderful selection of cheese, olives, fresh bake goods, spices, fruit and vegetables. Everything that you may need if you would like to use the large and convenient kitchen to prepare your own meals. The area and the building felts safe. Dr. Wilfried Seywald, the owner, is among many other things also a sophisticated journalist. He met me at the flat and showed me how everything works. He was a friendly and gracious host. The English book selection is impressive and includes many books with unique information about Vienna. What can I say, the place is better than I could imagine, and I can’t wait to return.

This is a wonderful flat. It’s very comfortable and well equipped. The views are spectacular. We really enjoyed our night time sauna looking out over the city lights. Public transport is very close and nearby, we particularly enjoyed being able to catch the trams into the city centre. It was very regular and very convenient. The area could be a bit intimidating at night I was very glad that we were in a group.
