Every guest gets a door that closes: 6 bedrooms with a 160 x 200 double bed and 3 bedrooms with two 90 x 200 single beds – 18 sleeping places, all in real beds, no sofa beds. Two full bathrooms, each with a bathtub and shower, plus three separate WCs.

Two fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle, everything for 18), three dining tables so the whole group eats together, a living area with smart TV and streaming, board games, two washing machines and two dryers. The private garden with terrace and outdoor dining is yours alone. Heating throughout; no air conditioning – the thick walls of the old building keep the apartment pleasantly cool in summer.

Getting around: the S7 airport train stops 50 m from the door – Vienna Airport in about 15 minutes, direct. Tram 11 stops outside; U3 Enkplatz is a 7-minute walk, and from there Stephansplatz is 15 minutes. Supermarket, bakery, café and traditional Austrian restaurants within 200 m.

Check-in: self check-in with a Nuki smart lock – you receive your personal code before arrival and can arrive any time from 15:00. No keys, no waiting.

Quiet hours 21:00–07:00; no parties or events; non-smoking. Ideal for families, friends' trips, sports teams, work crews and conference groups.
