Our cleaning team fully serviced and stocked the home prior to your arrival, including installing new shower liners. All toilets were also inspected as part of our regular monthly maintenance, and the maintenance team has confirmed they were functioning properly at the time of check in. When you first reached out, we requested photos so we could review any issues with our cleaning staff, but we did not receive any. As part of our standard procedures, our team also records video documentation of the property before each guest arrives. These recordings do not show any conditions matching the concerns reported. During our post stay inspection, however, our team observed food discarded in the backyard area near the rear door, including rice, string beans, and meat. Because the property borders a wooded area with active wildlife, leaving food outdoors creates an environmental and safety risk for future guests, neighbors, and staff.
