+No pets allowed.
+Pack n Play and high chair available upon request
+Pool heat fee is $55/day. Pool takes 24 hours to heat up. If you want pool heated you must pay the fee for the entire stay.
+TVs in this property are smart so you ll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you ll be able to stream to the TV. You ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don t provide streaming app accounts.
+Do not flush wipes down the toilet. You may be liable for $1500 for any plumbing issues.
+No parties or gatherings.
+Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You re welcome to smoke outside.
+No loud noise/music after 9PM.
+The pool service comes every Tuesday and Friday
Some guests may find that the color of the water coming from the faucets may have a yellowish tint. The yellow coloration occurs naturally in regions across the nation where water flows through peat soil. The city s water comes from the Biscayne Aquifer. Fort Lauderdale s water is perfectly clean and potable.
