This lovely 2-bedroom 2 bath beachfront condo sleeps 9 so, there's plenty of room for the whole family! Located on the top floor, this unit offers a breathtaking, birds-eye view of the Gulf. The light and airy master bedroom has a king-size bed, sizable futon, and a private entrance out to the deck. Your suite also has a double vanity and private washroom furnished with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom has double bunk beds (one double twin and one twin over full), making it a perfect spot for the kiddos. There's direct access to the guest bathroom which also features a double vanity and a shower/tub combo- great for soaking your feet after a day on the beach! Enjoy cooking up some of our tasty Gulf seafood in your spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Dine at your 3-person breakfast bar or at your dining room table for 4. Your open living room, outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 2 accent chairs, and wall-mounted television, is a great place for a fun family game night or a quiet movie night in!
While we're all for turning off the alarm clock and sleeping in (you are on vacation after all!), we suggest grabbing an early morning cup of coffee to savor on your fully furnished, private balcony! Watching a beautiful Alabama sunrise while listening to the calming sounds of the waves is sure to set a peaceful precedent for the day. Once everyone is up, fed, and got the beach bags packed, take the elevator down to enjoy the real reason you came- our famous white sand beach! Don't feel like lugging the beach furniture down? No worries! A beach-side rental service will be waiting for you at the shore. Make sure to take a dive in the Gulf before washing off at one of our outdoor showers and taking a dip in our community pool. If you're one of our winter guests, don't fret! Our pool is heated and ready for you to enjoy. Fire up one of our community grills and enjoy a lunchtime feast on our covered, poolside deck. When you've soaked up all the sun you can handle, head back up to your condo, throw those wet towels and swimsuits in the washer/dryer, pour yourself a cool drink, and enjoy one of our breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of your balcony. Watching the beach drift to sleep is the perfect close to a fun-filled day!

Please note that this is not a pet friendly complex. You will be asked to vacate the unit if you are caught sneaking in a pet and will risk losing all funds.

Age requirement: 25. This means that the primary reservation holder, who will be staying in the unit the duration of the reservation, MUST be 25 at the time of booking.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
