Welcome to Conch House!

Perched on the top of a hill, Conch House boasts panoramic views of the ocean. A large wrap around patio with a constant ocean breeze will provide you with the ultimate background for lounging or sharing a meal with your guests. This house is furnished with very comfortable indoor and outdoor relaxing spaces for you to properly unwind as well has both indoor and outdoor dining options with your own BBQ.

The sun-soaked poolside patio has loungers, chairs and umbrellas for you to enjoy. There is also a covered patio area around the pool with a built in bar and lounging sofa. Here you will find beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella for you to take along on adventures with you. We also have an outdoor shower to help with rinsing off the sand or enjoy a moonlight shower.

Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo & condition and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up delicious meals or invite a private chef to cook for you.

the parking area can host 3 vehicles easily and the villa is centrally located on the island, making it easy to get around to the different sides of the island.

If you see this home available for your travel dates you need to book it now. We just returned home from our stay at the Conch House a few days ago. The house is beautifully decorated. Plenty of room with three beds and three full baths. The balance and patio with pool are amazing. The views are spectacular. The beach is a 5 min walk or a 1 minute drive. We explored the whole island and none of the beaches compared to the one right down the street. We swam with sea turtles everyday. All the snorkel tour boats come to the beach right down the road. Avril was a great host and we look forward to coming back for another visit!

Our family of 5, ages ranging from 16 to 73 had a most wonderful stay at the Conch House. It's super clean and most everything looks brand new. During our week in Provo. We had most of our meals utilizing the BBQ, extensively, well stocked kitchen and varies dining table options. Many of our days started on the balcony soaking in the gorgeous wide panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the continuous barrier reef about a mile from the shore. After which we either spend time around the large pool area, it's a real pool not a plunge, plenty of padded chairs and lounges, or sitting in the shade under the balcony or walking to spend time at the beach.There are many bars and restaurants, groceries, excursions nearby, although most everything on the island is less than 15 minutes away.The interior of the house was plenty roomy for the 5 of us, my teenage grandson loved his private space in the loft. The beds have 14 inch mattresses and lots of pillows and were the most comfortable I've experience with rentals.The host Arvil and her property management team were the best and most responsive I've ever experience, they are in a class by themselves.If I am ever again in Providenciales this is where I want to stay.And all of this is very reasonably priced and certainly the best bang for your buck.

We spent a week at Conch House in March and it was the ideal homebase for a wonderful vacation on the most beautiful area of Turks and Caicos. - The location is great - quiet location on a hill with a spectular view of the bay and an easy walk to Babalua Beach. Babalua is quiet and beautiful beach with snorkeling and sea turtles right off the beach. - The house is newly refurbished and is clean, well-equipped, comfortable and private. The veranda made our stay. There is plenty of room for 6. - Avril, the homeowner, is local and couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. She greeted us,, gave us lots of recommendations and responded immediately when we had questions or needed something. We would rate the house a 10 of 10 and would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay at the Conch villa. From the pre trip communication to arriving with a fresh fruit bowl and nice treats in the refrigerator. The villa had such a relaxing vibe and the outdoor couch on the 2nd floor became our favorite morning spot. Super short walk to the beach. Most other beaches were a 10-15 min drive at most. Thank you Avril for opening your home to our family.
