Inside the wagon, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing escape. Sink into an incredibly comfortable king bed dressed in premium linens, enjoy central heat and air conditioning, and refresh in your private bathroom with a hot shower. A thoughtfully equipped kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and dining area, perfect for easy meals and morning coffee before a day of exploring the farm.



Step outside and take in serene pond views, twinkling fairy lights, and your private firepit with seating. Whether you’re roasting marshmallows, stargazing, or simply enjoying the quiet, evenings here are pure magic. During the day, wander the property, relax in shared outdoor spaces, or watch wildlife pass by.



The heart of this experience is our animals. From pigs to mini horses, and especially our beloved fluffy Highland cows, each has their own personality and charm. Guests often say the time spent with the animals is both joyful and deeply calming. Optional Highland cow cuddle experiences are available and are truly unforgettable.

Once of the most peaceful stays we've ever had!

A wagon stay experience inside a running farm with a nice variety of animals. Wake up to a mini donkey in front of your wagon and listen to the rooster crow. Bring some treats and feed the pigs, horses, donkey and sheep. You can even book a " Cow Cuddle" with one of the fluffy cows. The gift shop has so many cute items too! Elaine , your host, is the hard worker that keeps this farm in excellent condtion!!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our two night stay in the wagon. The bedding was comfortable as was the air conditioning! It was fun seeing the animals roaming the farm in the morning and evenings. Our experience during the cow cuddle session was memorable and very informative. Great place to get away for a few days and relax.

Magical place

This was such a perfect getaway. Not only did we love visiting the animals and watching them graze in our "front yard," we appreciated how well kept the entire property and Animal Sanctuary is. Our wagon was so comfortable! The bed was superb, there was a great deal of attention paid to details when outfitting and decorating it, and there were lovely extras welcoming us including water bottles and many different kinds of coffees, teas, and creamers. We really could not recommend this place and this accommodation more highly!

The Sweetest Farm Animals

We had the most wonderful two-night stay at Rooterville, with the most peaceful sleep. Beds were super comfortable, waking up to the sheep grazing right outside our room was so sweet and feeding the animals while they followed us around the farm was so much fun! Turkeys who let you “hug” them, friendly pigs, sheep, cows and mini horses. Amazing experience, we will be back soon!

A wonderful experience inside a farm

A unique and original way to go camping. A very comfortable wagon, equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast. Elaine, the owner, is very helpful and kind.

Laid back and unplugged.

No TV and no phone (by choice). I did hear a TV/ipad in the wagon nextdoor. I thought late afternoon what are we going to do tonight? My granddaughter was so enthralled with her idea of a great time - fishing things out of the pond, visiting the turkeys, and making sure all the animals had non-stop treats. Take plenty of carrots, apples, blueberries, and grapes. So the evening came and after her shower she asked to lay down at the front of our wagon to watch for lightning bugs. Some showed up and we were both delighted. All in all unplugging well worth it.

Best Experience Ever

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Una experiencia simplemente única. Desde que llegas al farm sientes una paz increíble, todo está súper bien cuidado y los animales están en perfectas condiciones. El trato fue espectacular, muy atentos y cercanos. Sin duda volvería mil veces.
