À propos de l’hôte

Votre hôte

Image de profil de l’hôte
Free Bird started with a couple who never quite fit into just one place.

They live in the Texas Hill Country, where rolling views, live music, and wide-open skies shape their everyday life. But no matter how beautiful home was, they always found themselves chasing something different when they had time away—the salt air, the slower pace, and the easy rhythm of the coast.

Over the years, those coastal escapes became a tradition. Bags packed, windows down, heading toward Rockport like clockwork. Somewhere between beach walks, dockside dinners, and long afternoons by the water, they realized the coast wasn’t just a vacation—it was a feeling they wanted to share.

So they brought Free Bird to life.

A simple, happy place where guests could land after a beach day, float in the pool, gather around the firepit, and feel that same sense of ease they fell in love with. Nothing overdone, nothing complicated—just a cozy cottage designed for slowing down and letting go a little.

Now, when they’re not wandering the Hill Country or slipping away to the coast themselves, Free Bird is open for others to experience what inspired it in the first place:

a little freedom, a little salt air, and a reminder that the best trips are the ones that make you want to stay just a little longer.
