Construction Advisory

Our home is located in a growing luxury neighborhood, and there may be construction activity on nearby homes during your stay. Work is generally limited to standard daytime business hours (typically weekdays), and evenings, nights, and weekends are typically quiet.

While we cannot control neighboring construction schedules, our home itself is complete, and all amenities are fully operational. Most guests continue to enjoy their stay without issue, but we want to be upfront so you can make an informed booking decision.

If peace and quiet during daytime working hours is a top priority for your trip, please feel free to reach out before booking, and we`re happy to provide the latest information on nearby activity.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is 16. Please do not exceed this limit.

Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.

Children: Children of all ages are allowed.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and/or vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.

Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site.

Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.
