This entire home in Creston, Ohio is thoughtfully arranged for both downtime and productivity, with two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and multiple living spaces to spread out. The main living area offers a cozy place to unwind, while the finished basement adds a second lounge space thatâs ideal for movie nights or a quiet break from the day.
A private entrance makes arrivals smooth, and free parking on premises keeps everything convenient from the moment you pull in.
Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms feature Queen beds with quality linens, along with room-darkening shades to help you rest well. Extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort, whether youâre staying for a quick weekend or settling in for a longer work trip.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with the space and tools you need to prepare meals at home. Youâll have a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table for sit-down meals. Authorized Streaming Only: Please enjoy all your favorite legal streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).
No Illegal Downloads: To comply with our providerâs policies, downloading or streaming from pirated/illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
Important Note: The use of jailbroken devices or unauthorized services is not permitted. Per our house rules, any activity resulting in an infringement notice will incur a $250 fine.

This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others. You may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units.

đ«ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES â ZERO EXCEPTIONS đ
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and youâll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
đ«Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
đ€« Noise:
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they donât record conversations) to monitor levels.
đ Quiet hours: 10 PM â 8 AM
đž Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.
đ Smoking:
No smoking inside the house â $500 fine for violation

Unauthorized guests
đ No mini waste:
Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.
đ«We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
đ„ Grill Use:
If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if neededâbut donât worry, just send us the receipt and weâll reimburse you!
If itâs a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee
Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100
âPets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.
NO cats allowed!

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean â the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
