The Space:

📌 NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

Pets

• Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $125 pet fee applies per pet, per stay

• Maximum of 2 pets per stay

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire house and all its amenities during their stay.



Parking: One dedicated parking spot is available at the back of the house.

Trash Disposal: Please bag your refuse and place it in the provided trash can located on the driveway.

The neighborhood is quiet & residential. You'll likely want a car for long distance stuff, though much is bikeable.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (such as linens, towels, and glassware) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

🐜 The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



Pack ’n Play: A Pack ’n Play must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. We recommend requesting one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Towels & Supplies: Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience to refresh them. For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed; nearby stores are easily accessible if you run out.

Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will not be present during your stay, ensuring your privacy. However, we are always available remotely via message or phone to assist with any questions or needs that may arise during your visit.
