.Welcome to your Storey Lake Resort vacation home — a spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bath Kissimmee retreat with a private pool, spa, themed kids’ rooms, and room for up to 20 guests.

This home is made for families, groups, Disney trips, sports travel, and guests who want resort amenities with the comfort of a private home. Spend the day at Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, shopping outlets, or nearby restaurants, then come back to swim, relax, cook, watch TV, and enjoy time together.

You will be in the heart of Storey Lake Resort, just a short walk from the family-friendly clubhouse. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the resort-style pool, lazy river, splash park, gym, sports courts, playground, beach volleyball, basketball, restaurant/bar, and more. Mini golf, kayak rentals, and boating activities may be available for an additional fee.

The Space

This home is designed for comfort, convenience, and easy group travel. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, multiple bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and plenty of space for families and friends to spread out.

The private screened pool and spa area is one of the best parts of the home. Relax outside, enjoy the Florida weather, and make the most of your time together after a full day at the parks. A child safety fence is provided around the pool for added peace of mind.

We also provide family-friendly essentials, including a highchair, pack and play, and two pressure-mounted baby gates.

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1: 2 double beds with a full bathroom nearby

Second Floor:

• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle, with a full bathroom nearby
• Bedroom 3: King bed with private full bathroom
• Bedroom 4: 2 double beds with private full bathroom
• Bedroom 5: Twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle, Minions themed
• Bedroom 6: 2 twin beds, Mermaid themed, with a full bathroom between Bedrooms 5 and 6

The home can accommodate up to 20 guests when all beds are used.

Guest Access

Enjoy seamless self-check-in and check-out. About one week before arrival, you will receive a secure door code so you can arrive and settle in without needing to meet staff in person.

Starter Supplies

We provide a starter welcome kit to help you begin your stay.

The home includes:

• 3 trash bags
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 2 laundry pods

Each bathroom includes:

• Wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers
• Hand soap
• 1 roll of toilet paper
• Body lotion
• 1 bar of soap

Please plan to purchase any additional supplies, groceries, coffee, condiments, toiletries, or household items needed for the rest of your stay.

Optional Add-Ons

Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day, with a 3-day minimum. Please request heating at least 24 hours before check-in. The system may take about 16 hours to fully warm.

Important Notes

• Registered guests must be at least 21 years old
• No smoking inside the home
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• No extra guests unless approved in advance
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but mid-stay cleaning may be requested for an additional fee
• Pool maintenance is completed weekly, usually Tuesday or Wednesday
• The A/C controller is located on the second floor
• Open food items cannot be left in the home due to Florida law, so condiments, coffee, and leftover food are removed after each stay
• USPS may not deliver to vacation homes; UPS, DHL, and FedEx usually leave packages at the door
• One exterior security camera is located outside on the entrance door frame, facing the front pathway and yard

There are no hidden required fees. Optional upgrades, such as grill rental and pool/spa heating, are available for an additional charge.
