The property is cozy and in a great location. Park and walk where ever. Property has K-cup coffee maker and they left some K-cups and sweetners there.Easy check in. Parking is in front if there is an open space. The other option was the Church parking lot, 5.00 a day. They are working on another parking spot at the moment for Guests. Perfect location for shopping and Dining.

We enjoyed our stay sweet studio down town Walk everywhere!Not enough time I wanted to stay longer. People are so friendly here Bottle and Butcher dinner and a great breakfast next door in morning.But one suggestion: we believe the host is new to the area and is not familiar with Ellijay surroundings and the directions to get to the suite in town The host told us to use our phone our get us there and parking was a little difficult She was nice but but need a little more background info .We really liked Ellijay and will be back to explore the town and winery.

Very cute space in an adorable town. Space and location was great for our one night stay in Ellijay. The street traffic can be a little noisy in the morning and the neighbors next door have chickens and roosters that will wake you up early. Otherwise great space and location.

I received more than a half a dozen emails from VRBO none of them had the contact information or address on it. Two days before I got there(by then I was on the road) I received a email from a property manager company without any mention of VRBO on the subject line. I ignored it because I don't know anybody from that property management company. That email did have contact information and code to get inside. The contact number on the VRBO email, one email, Was the previous owner listed the previous owner's phone numberwhich was no help at all. VRBO is inconsistent on information Delivery. You assume I will open every email in my email box, not true. If I don't know who you are I will not open your email. I stayed there about 10 years ago so I knew where I needed to drive but did not have the key code to get inside.

This guest did not understand how VRBO works- as the owner of the property, I only sent one email to him with the checkin instructions. We send those two days before check-in for security reasons. Yes, it comes from my email because that's what VRBO requires. The title of my email specifically says your check-in instructions to Overlook On Main - the name of this home. I'm not sure how to be any clearer on that. The previous owner's information is nowhere on this listing, and even if it were, she would have kindly given him my number. I feel like a poor rating for no reflection of how his actual stay was and how our home is set up for guests is an improper review. We strive to provide a wonderful experience to each guest when they stay with Pitzer-Properties.

Cute place in a great location, easily walkable to the Ellijay square. Very comfortable, clean, and nice amenities. Will definitely stay here again!
