This spacious house offers a nice blend of cozy and practical, making it easy to relax after a day at the track or exploring Saratoga Springs.
Quiet oasis in bright and roomy 3-bedroom, contemporary ranch with open floor plan in a residential neighborhood in west end section of Saratoga Springs. Great access to downtown, YMCA, SPAC, track, restaurants, shopping. Three bedrooms (MBR suite with 1 king, reading area, 55â smart TV, bath; 2 queens â hall bath); lots of closet space. Fully furnished with cookware/dishes, coffee station, linens, towels. Dining room seats 8; cathedral ceiling LR with 65â smart TV. Workstation desk and monitor provided (bring your laptop). Screened in sunroom with treadmill, two-level deck overlooks wooded backyard. Laundry room off garage. Free parking.
Belmont arrival on June 2nd and leaving on June 9, 2026 . Saratoga Season is between July 3 and September 7, 2026.
Security deposit is $1,500 for weekly rentals and $3,500 for long-term rentals (refundable if no damages or missing items) + cleaning fee $250 per stay (or bimonthly for longer term rentals).
