Bright 3k sq ft Newly Remodeled Modern Farmhouse w 5 Bedrooms / 3 Full Bathrooms. With close proximity to downtown Saratoga and even closer proximity to High Rock Park (located just around the corner) and all brand new beds, furniture and kitchen appliances the house is perfect blend of historic Saratoga architecture and remodeled farmhouse vibes.

Its also a great place to share with family and friends with a spacious front porch, large farmhouse dining table, two separate living room / TV watching areas and an outdoor (backyard) table and chairs. Plenty of space to visit and congregate!

*NOTE: The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal or enjoy a morning cup of coffee.

The house was exactly as listed. An absolutely beautiful home within walking distance to broadway for shopping, dining and entertainment. The house was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a meal. Dave was very responsive to our questions and easy to communicate with. Our party of 7 truly loved this house and we are already talking about booking again. 100% would recommend this home and host.

Perfect stay in Satatoga

Perfect house in the perfect location. House was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Host had great communication. Location was just a short walk to Broadway, filled with shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo in Saratoga Springs with a group of four. The property was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location was perfect, just a short walk to Broadway, which was super convenient for our conference. The clawfoot tub in the bathroom was a delightful touch, and I enjoyed a relaxing bath after a busy day. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place!

We recently stayed at this stunning farmhouse in Saratoga Springs, and it exceeded every expectation.The PropertyThe house itself is a dream. It’s been beautifully restored, keeping those gorgeous original details like wide-plank floors and exposed beams, but with a kitchen and bathrooms that feel high-end and contemporary. It was impeccably clean and felt like a true "home away from home" the moment we walked in.Location: You get the best of both worlds. You’re only a quick walk downtown yet it feels like you’re miles away in the quiet countryside when you step inside the home.The Details: The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into the guest experience. From the coffee pods left for us to the plush linens and "guide to the city," everything was top-notch.Final ThoughtsWhether you're in town for track season, a SPAC concert, or just a quiet weekend getaway, this farmhouse is a gem. We’ve stayed in several rentals in the area over the years, but this one is officially our new favorite.We can’t wait to come back!

We had three people over 85 and 2 people over 65. We felt that the 3rd floor bedrooms without a bathroom didn't really work for us (bad knees and bladders ). Problem in our case was easily solved in that 4 people slept on the second floor with 2 bathrooms (one absolutely georgeous) and I slept in the laundry/sitting room. This worked fine for me as I was able to close off the door for privacy and had an ensuite.Farmhouse was absolutely beautiful and served our group well. We ordered from Augie's 2 nights and ate leisurely in the lovely dining room.Overall I was very impressed with everything about the Farmhouse. The owners should be proud of their property
