The entrance to Zion National Park is only 36 miles east; Quail Lake (eight miles east) and Sand Hollow State Park (13 miles east) are close by as well. You can ride from the house to the Prospector Church Rocks Loop and other local biking trails, and you`ll have easy access to area golf courses. On top of this, you can easily enjoy an assortment of dining, shopping, and entertainment in the heart of St. George. (located only 7 miles southwest).

If you are thinking about bringing a pet, please let us know! We can check with the homeowners for their approval. If approved, a pet fee of $150 per pet will apply, and we can add the payment to your reservation.

2 dogs, weighing 35 lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without first receiving specific approval from the host. Pets are not allowed on furniture, upstairs, or in carpeted areas.
Maximum overnight occupancy: 10 persons.

Guests are to comply with all Community rules and regulations listed in the rental agreement.

Approved pets up to 35 pounds: $100 per pet fee per reservation. Limit up to 2 dogs. Breed restrictions apply and must be approved by the host prior to arrival. No other animals are allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture, upstairs, or in carpeted areas. Any damage caused by your pet will be your full financial responsibility. ($500 fine)

Parking notes: There is free parking for vehicles. We have a 2-car garage that comfortably fits 1 car. There is additional free parking close to the home.
