Enjoy 1,600 square feet of comfortable living space featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of room for your team or family to spread out after a long day on the fields. The layout is designed for connection, with inviting gathering spaces and practical amenities that make group travel easy.

Please note: All living areas are located on the second and third floors of the home. There are no ground-level living spaces, so guests should be comfortable using stairs throughout their stay.

After the games, enjoy our large shared yard where kids can play, teammates can unwind, and families can gather together. Outdoor amenities include:

The home can accommodate up to 18 guests; however, we recommend a maximum of 10 guests for optimal comfort. If your group is larger, please message us before booking.

Parking is available for registered guests only in the driveway and parking deck. Additional vehicles may utilize the wide shoulder along the street where permitted.

**Shared Property Information**

Suite A is one of three guest suites located on a shared property. Your accommodations are completely private, but several outdoor amenities are shared among guests staying in the other suites.

Shared areas include:
Yard and surrounding grounds
Gazebo
Firepit
Outdoor seating areas
Cookout pavilion and grilling area
Driveway and parking deck

To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we ask guests to be respectful and courteous when using these shared spaces.

Host Access: The host's private office is accessed through Suite A's mudroom. Access is limited solely to entry and exit for the office.

Safety & Property Monitoring: For the safety of guests and the property, exterior security cameras are located around the premises. These cameras are not used to monitor guests in an intrusive manner and are intended for general security and occupancy compliance.

The property also utilizes industry-standard monitoring devices recommended by Airbnb, including:
