While we won’t be available in person during your stay, we’ve partnered with a professional property management team, StayFolsom, to ensure you’re well taken care of while in our home. Their local team is available to assist with any needs, questions, or concerns throughout your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time with confidence.

We do as that all inquiries, requests, etc be sent through the VRBO message center as they do have a team of dedicated communication specialists which will expedite an answer to your questions or resolution to you requests. Thank you very much!

This is a new listing and we cannot wait to welcome our first guests! As a note, blinds for each room have been ordered and will be installed Dec 23. If you book during that time please note that blinds will be installed during your stay by Home Depot.

EV CHARGING - There’s a 220v outlet located in the garage. Should anyone want to charge their electric vehicle. Please note we do not provide the EV charger. However guests are welcome to utilize the 220 V plug in the garage. Should they have their own charger.
