Enjoy your very own private garden full of wildlife, vivid tropical flora and grown trees home to wild birds and white faced monkeys who will provide the soundtrack for your mornings, while pristine sunsets rule the evening hours and privacy is always paramount.



The Space:

Not only can you see the Costa Rican lush rainforest from most of the perimeter of the property, but can also take in the most amazing sunsets from the fantastic infinity swimming pool with sweeping jungle views and a full ocean view. As is custom in Costa Rica, there's plenty of outdoor living space with a BBQ, pool lounge chairs, and plenty of kick-back seating.



The modern open design of the kitchen at Monkey Manor is perfect for making gourmet meals. It features a grand wooden table and hanging lamps, stainless-steel appliances including refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, blender, and all the cutlery you'll need to prepare perfect feasts each day of your stay. This area also includes a big screen TV and plenty of space to lounge and relax.



BEDROOMS & COMMON AREAS





Marked by impressive attention to detail as evidenced by each of the five carefully uniquely decorated bedrooms in the house, the MASTER BEDROOM features a luxurious king bed and beautiful ocean views, a sitting area with big comfortable sofas, AC, big screen TV, private bathroom, and its very own full kitchen and dining area accessed by large sliding glass doors with a spectacular view of the pool, jungle, and ocean.



The SECOND BEDROOM is what we like to call the “Game Room”. It is a large spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, queen bunk beds, full day bed, private bathroom, bar area, high top table, foosball table, big screen TV, and many different entertaining board games. It has a sitting area outside accessed by large sliding glass doors and a view of the pool, jungle, and ocean.



The THIRD BEDROOM, the “Jaguar Suite”, is on the other side of the kitchen and common areas. It features a queen size canopy bed, a spacious private bathroom, AC, and large glass door sliding windows that open to an outside lounging area with views of the pool, jungle, and ocean.



BEDROOMS FOUR AND FIVE are on the backside of the house accessed by a wooden deck and surrounded by wildlife and jungle. The on the main floor, or “Lower Casita” features large floor to ceiling glass door windows, king size bed, comfortable sitting area, mini fridge, private bathroom, and an outside deck where you can sit and enjoy the sounds of nature in privacy.



Following the wooden deck and going up a flight of stairs, you will find the “Upper Casita. With its own private balcony and ocean and jungle views, this is the most secluded and private bedroom in the house. It is completely independent from the rest of the house and can be accessed by a private entrance through the back. It has a queen size bed, private bathroom, AC, closet space, mini fridge, and a laptop friendly working space.



All bathrooms feature all of your necessities including towels, face washcloths and environmentally friendly soap.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house except for one storage room and the laundry room. We have a complimentary full time housekeeper that will maintain the common areas Monday-Saturday. They will also clean rooms and help guests with their laundry upon request only (no additional charge).

Mountain villa with breathtaking ocean/beach views that is surrounded by a private jungle complete with exotic plants, gardens, toucans, monkeys, macaws, humming birds, and more!



Getting Around:

We do provide optional Airport Shuttle (Arrival/Departure) as well as Car Rental Assistance. There is ample parking on site.



Other Things to Note:

There is a big chance you will have the opportunity to watch packs of white face monkeys come to hang out around the house.



It is important to know that they are harmless, and it is ok to feed them fruit.
